Very good product if you’re a fan of Pokémon
I ordered the ultra premium box and I’m very happy with the product, I pulled some good hits from the packs and also got an amazing graded card! I will definitely be ordering from PokeParcels again :)

Good product but….
Overall very happy with the product however… the PSA slab came in a protectively acrylic case which was impossible to open without eventually forcing it and breaking it which was a shame as it’s a decent case and obviously part of what I paid for just wanted to put another PSA card in it

Was a tad underwhelming
Packaging looked good quality did take a week arrive but what do you expect with royal mail was a tad underwhelmed with the selection of packs silver tempest, Pokémon go, obsidian flame, series five prize pack and Japanese set was wild force. Silver tempest and obsidian flames looked like they'd been resealed no hits in any of the packs. That been said may of been a bad batch would I order again possibly but not any time soon I do think it's a good idea as a product.

Yes, RM48 can be slow at times its annoying but not much we can do I'm afraid - we do offer quicker services though if you decide to purchase again.
Just wanted to touch base and address your concerns of resealed packs - can confidently confirm that none of the packs you received were resealed.
We source our products directly from reputable wholesalers and sometimes need to break down larger items to select individual packs for our boxes.
It's important to remember that minor imperfections like slightly wrinkled edges don't necessarily indicate a resealed pack.

We have reached out to Jack to try and address his concerns.
Jack confirmed that the slab he received was a PSA 10 Pherosma & Buzzwole. When asked to help us work out how he came to the value of 'a £10 slab' he provided screenshots that showed a cost of £27 + Import charges.Despite this we extended the courtesy of Jack returning the unwanted slab and sending out something different.
We then asked Jack to confirm the packs he received and so far he hasn't got back to us. We can confirm that he received 4 SV packs and 1 SWSH pack. Any true collector would not class in demand modern packs such as Surging Sparks, Paldea Evolved or Twilight Masquerade as 'cheap packs'
We stick by our fair value guarantee and believe in this case we have met that expectation, Jack if you read this feel free to get back in touch and we can still work a resolution to your feigned disappointment.

Great people. Amazing selection
Great people. Great product. Met them at a card show and they had really great pack selections in their mystery packs on the stall. Reached out and they were happy to send out more. Since have brought more of their products and always been spot! Would 100% recommend and can't wait to buy more in the future. Fingers crossed for a rocket pack soon.
