Let’s talk about the bad thing for a moment. Hmm, yes we know – dying’s not our favourite topic of conversation either. But sadly, death is a fact of life and comes to us all at some point. And the tragic reality is that it sometimes happens much sooner than expected. That’s why we launched Polly. Every 22 minutes a child in the UK loses a parent they depend on financially. James Green really helped myself and my partner today with insurance quotes and getting us set up with some cover. Very helpful and answered every question we had with no issues. I didn’t feel pressured into taking out the policy. Again very helpful.

I would have given up personally considering how busy I was and how many times I missed his calls. It was great to have a direct way of also communicating which helped immensely. Andrew Thompson called to see if I could get a better policy in place. And he absolutely did. Phew! The knowledge that my family won't struggle if something where to happen to me is such peace of mind.
Very easy to speak with, the process was straightforward. Definitely happy with the customer service today. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. 5*

I dread my phone ringing with a number I don’t recognise but was happily surprised to hear Emma H on the other end to check my details of my life insurance after 5 years. What a lovely, lovely lady. She was so personable, clear, helped me get an additional policy too. I had the door bell ringing, the dogs barking and she so patient. I felt really happy just knowing that everything was sorted and things were so easily changed over the phone. So hopefully I’ll get to chat to her in another 5 years. Thank you

John Byrne was absolutely brilliant, what a lovely guy and made it totally painless - sorted us out, felt honest and personable, didn’t feel like I was being upsold or sold what I didn’t need. I had such a great experience with Mike…
I had such a great experience with Mike McCarthy when arranging my life insurance policy. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful process feel really straightforward and easy.
Mike went above and beyond to make sure I understood my options and found the right policy for my needs. His communication was excellent throughout, and I never felt pressured at any point. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and takes pride in providing a high level of service.
