‘Perfectly Clear Natural Clarifier’…
‘Perfectly Clear Natural Clarifier’ Bought . Delivery within a few days. Using it to clean up pool after winter, after applying shock doses to clear algae. Seems to work quite well, needs quite a lot of cycles to get pool clear. I’m sticking with it. Quite pricey stuff so marked down one star.

Dear Tom, we are sorry that our carrier did not deliver your goods on time. You first made us aware of the issue after our closing hours for the Easter weekend break. As soon as we saw your email on Tuesday morning when we returned to work we contacted our carrier via your tracking information to find out why your delivery was delayed. The carrier had noted 2 issues for the delay, one being the vehicle breakdown and the other being a slightly damaged box. We relayed this information to you immediately and confirmed that your goods were out for delivery again that day. We tracked your delivery and as soon as we could see it had been delivered we contacted you again to confirm this. As always we appreciate your custom.

It’s not their fault but
It’s not their fault but the chlorine packaging was very poor. I ended up with chlorine spillage which was not good and took a lot of time to clear up and make safe. I’m not sure that I got it all. I did get a small refund but only after escalating. Hopefully this issue is being resolved. Previously I had many years of good service.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. As previously discussed we sealed the container with tape around the lid, then sealed the bucket within a bag and shipped it in a box full of loosefill. Despite all this packaging, the carrier has managed to handle the package in such a way that some of the chlorine granules have spilled into the sealed bag. Once you informed us of this issue we did apologise and requested some photographic evidence of how the goods arrived with you. You told us that you didn't take any photos and that the spillage was now cleaned up. Without the photographic evidence, we couldn't take up this matter with our carrier, but despite this we did make you a goodwill offer for your inconvenience.
