I’ve only placed one order so far, but the quality of both items have been amazing! They’re soooo comfortable and stretchy, I think my baby will be able to wear the items for months to come. We had one small issue with a button popping off during the first wash, which was nobody’s fault, but PoshPeanut customer service was amazing, I couldn’t recommend them more. I look forward to placing more orders in the future!

I recently made my first purchase from posh peanut, my daughter was given a couple of dresses before and love the material! I know some say it’s thin but my daughter has obsessively worn a ruffle twirl dress for 2 years and only just looks worn! It’s so soft which is perfect for my fussy clothes kid.
I had an item missing from my order, Cherry was so help and speedy getting another item sent out! Appreciate the quick and friendly service!

Amazing comfort clothes and outstanding customer service. So cute and comfortable. Thin, breathable comfort!! Styles are so cute! My first order didnt make it to me. Queen in customer service was extremely helpful and got the items to me with no friction. My daughter in law loves what we purchased for our granddaughter and is planning to purchase mother daughter items.

The package containing my order was damaged in transit, and a couple items were missing upon delivery. Initially, I was really frustrated that there was not a phone number to call - to speak with a human. I was equally frustrated by the slow response time of the chatbot available to message on the website. However, I did have success using the inquiry form in the "Contact Us" section of the website. Shortly after submitting the form, I received an email from Cherry. She acknowledged my disappointment in the missing items, asked for some documentation (very reasonable), and was able to issue replacements for the missing items. While the solution was not "immediate" for me, I am happy that my issue was ultimately resolved. Cherry was helpful and solved my problem as quickly as the means of communication would allow. I've ordered from Posh Peanut for years, and to my memory this is the first issue I've had. Overall good experience with the brand and the people representing them.

Angela from the online customer service team was so quick to reply and so kind! She knew my order was time sensitive for my daughter’s birthday and went out of her way to ensure it shipped and provided me with updates. She is an asset!

I am a huge posh peanut fan! Their clothes are really good quality and last a long time for my baby. I just recently found out what amazing customer service they have as well. Queen was great in assisting with cancelling an order I placed on accident.

I recently made an order and something happened during the checkout process and it made a double order.. I noticed it by getting two separate emails with two separate order numbers.. so I quickly reached out to customer service via email and was surprised at how fast I got a response and was handled .. the duplicate order was then cancelled and the other one is now on the way! Love Posh Peanut’s bamboo outfits.. they’re adorable and my 2 1/2 year old and 14 month old granddaughters are the most stylish kids ❤️

Posh Peanut was having their Spring Sale, and of course I kept going back to order more. My orders were under the free shipping threshold, so I reached out to customer service to see if they could combine my orders and refund the shipping cost. Angela got back to me, and was able to refund two of the orders plus combine them. She was quick and efficient at getting back to me, and extremely helpful.

This company has the best prints and products: their customer service team is amazing! For some reason I didn’t get a discount on one of my items I emailed them and within an hour got a response from Angela and she fixed the issue.

The customer service at Posh Peanut is incredible! Most recently, I was dealing with Angela and she was so incredibly helpful and accommodating!

My children and I absolutely love posh peanut- the quality and softness are unmatched. In fact, my daughter has become such a fan that she regularly checks if what she’s wearing is Posh Peanut before getting dressed, just because she loves how soft and comfortable it feels.

It’s rare to find a company that delivers both exceptional products and such thoughtful customer care!

Fast shipping, great customer service, and comfortable PJs. It's a little pricey but nice to treat yourself. I'm definitely going to grab a few more here and there.

I have nothing but good things to say about the customer support I have received from Posh Peanut customer care. I accidentally purchased double of two items. Queen was quick to help me get them returned.

I usually receive my Posh Peanut packages very fast. So, when one of my orders hadn’t arrived, I reached out to customer service. Queen was able to confirm that my package was lost. She gave me options and I chose to have my package re sent. The shipping for my second package was SO fast. Queen was so nice and helpful. I can’t thank her enough! Thank you, Queen!

I received our Presley Pink Blanket and it came with a hole in it. Queen from customer service was absolutely awesome and helped get the whole thing resolved. So easy and so incredibly helpful!
