Posh Peanut continues to be one of my favorite brands!

Not only are their products beautiful and high quality, but their customer service is truly exceptional. Queen was absolutely amazing to work with—kind, professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful.

She went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience, and it reminded me why I continue to support this company. Great products are important, but great customer service is what creates loyal customers, and Posh Peanut definitely delivers on both.

I placed an order and noticed I had the wrong name on the shipping label. I sent an email to customer service and Queen responded quickly and resolved my issue. Great service and the cutest outfits!

I had an issue with one of the items I received. Queen was the best and made sure the issue was resolved quickly. I have never had anyone respond so efficiently. It was the best customer service I have ever received. Plus the clothes are so cute and good quality.

Love Posh Peanut for their high quality clothing that also seems to grow with my child so they are long lasting. They also wash well and are just beautiful - the colors and patterns. And they are so comfortable and soft to touch. Additionally, their customer care is high quality and I have had nothing but a good experience. Angela was just super helpful to me when I submitted an order with the wrong address and she was able to help me get the delivery address updated in time.

I sent an email late in the evening asking for an update on the new Hulken collab and was responded to quickly the next morning by Cherry who was wonderful and kind.
I have already purchased 3 Hulken bags as gifts and getting a fourth. Thinking about getting the matching PJs too! Great products, great people, great service... what more can you ask for? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

She showed such excellent customer service, kindness, and patience while helping me with my return.

I’ve been shopping with Posh Peanut for years now for both myself and my kids, and I truly love the brand. The pajamas are always incredibly soft, high quality, and so comfortable. Normally I keep everything I order because I’m always so happy with my purchases, but this time I accidentally ordered a blue pajama set thinking it was white. That was completely my mistake for not reading the description carefully enough. I’m just not much of a blue girly, so I wanted to make a return.
