Awful for the price you pay
Awful for the price you pay. All ingredients are low quality. Instructions tell you that you can microwave a meal that comes in a tin foil tray, which is wrong. Most meals have hardly any taste, but the worst was the Hungarian style stroganoff. The meat was so low quality and gristly I honestly wouldn't even feed it to my dog.
100% will not be ordering again

Hi I’ve ordered twice now the first lot…
Hi I’ve ordered twice now the first lot of meals in the plastic tubs was lovely so tasty and filling, the 2nd order I ordered the same meals as I was really impressed but this time they come in cardboard trays they don’t taste the same and the food was more soggy so I’ve placed another order hoping they would send me plastic tubs but again I’ve got the cardboard meals.

I recently tried a new meal…
I recently tried a new meal subscription service that featured exciting packaging. The meals arrived beautifully presented, with vibrant colours and clear labelling that made it easy to identify each dish. It felt like opening a gift! The convenience of the packaging was a highlight, as everything was neatly organised and ready to cook.
However, I did notice that after following the cooking instructions, some meals didn't heat up as much as I expected. While the flavours were still good, I found myself wishing for a bit more warmth to enhance the experience. I believe that with some improvements in the heating instructions or packaging materials, these delicious meals could be perfect. Overall, I appreciate the effort put into the packaging, and I’m excited to see how they enhance the heating process in the future!

It was a disappointing experience.
Beef chilli Mac n cheese. What a disappointing experience. I was looking forward to it but the taste was awful. It tasted as if it was reconstituted and came out of a packet.
I tried to improve it with a little grated Parmesan cheese but in the end I had to leave it. Just not the quality I have come to expect.

Meals didn't have much taste and some meals had use by date sticker on to eat within next 7 days., I cancelled my subscription.

Used to be good, now dreadful and full of nasties
They used to be amazing, I subscribed for over 8 years. They had clean ingredients and were ok value. They have changed the recipes and are now full of additives, E numbers and MSG. I requested a refund and they refused.

We’re sorry that this situation has been frustrating. As the meals arrived in good condition, we were unfortunately unable to issue a refund, but we do apologise if this was not fully explained at the time. We can see that, as a gesture of goodwill, a voucher was offered.

Meals arrived frozen with no use-by dates and no response from customer service.
Disappointing Experience with Prepped Pots. I ordered a 14-meal prep package from Prepped Pots costing £76.36, expecting freshly prepared meals. My previous order from them arrived fresh, clearly labelled with use-by dates, and was excellent quality, so I had no hesitation ordering again.
Unfortunately, this order was completely different. The meals arrived packed with ice and were clearly frozen, as though they had been stored in a freezer rather than delivered fresh.
Even more concerning was the complete lack of use-by date labels on any of the meals. My previous order included these, so it was surprising and worrying that this basic food safety information was missing. Without use-by dates, customers cannot know how long the food is safe to consume.
I contacted the company and provided photographs showing the condition of the meals. However, instead of addressing the issues properly, the process became unnecessarily drawn out.
Update:
After around a week of back-and-forth emails, the company initially offered only a £10 voucher, which I declined as it did not reflect the problem with the order. They then offered a refund but stated they would deduct the delivery fee, despite the issue being entirely with the product received.
After further emails and persistence on my part, they eventually agreed to issue a full refund.
While I appreciate that the refund was ultimately provided, it took a week of repeated communication to reach what should have been a straightforward resolution.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience, particularly given the missing date labels and the difficulty in getting the issue resolved.

For reassurance, our meals are thoroughly tested to ensure they are safe to freeze at home, even if they have previously been chilled, in line with food safety guidance. However, we appreciate that the presentation and labelling you described would have been worrying.
We can see that you have contacted our Customer Service team and provided photos, and they will be reviewing this for you to provide a full explanation and appropriate resolution. We’re sorry for the delay in communication and appreciate your patience while this is being looked into.
Packaging and customer service really needs improvements
Terrible customer service and terrible packaging… It’s a real shame because the new meals are super tasty and generous on size, but removing the lid of the food boxes is a nightmare and every time I need help with something, customer service takes forever and doesn’t really understand my needs

I still haven’t received my delivery 5 days on! Charged for it, but food never arrived. Communication incredibly slow about organising a refund or shipping out replacement food. No compensation offered. Will likely cancel off the back of this. Very disappointed

The meals came at the time I was told they would. Then the most important part is that my first meal which I had this evening was absolutely mouth-wateringly good! Cannot believe that these meals are actually “diet” food, in the best way!!
