We have used them for 3 years now for Christmas gifts for family. Always had great feedback from family saying items included were always great quality and varied. Makes a great gift when you're not sure what to get. As son said it's a treat opening and trying all the items.

Beware their system may change your preferred delivery date!
Placed an order for a hamper to be delivered in December and the recipient received it yesterday (mid November!) Their system changed the delivery date so just be aware!
Sure the contents will be ok for Christmas but a lovely card and thank you note 5 weeks too early was NOT my plan!!
(Confirmation email of my order arrived AFTER the parcel was dispatched?!)

A gem of a business - tasty, quality items delivered with beautiful presentation
I received the 'Birthday Brilliance' hamper in September. Within days I had gobbled it all! I was impressed with the quality and taste of the treats - the fudge and cake were particularly divine - and with the presentation of the gift on arrival. Beautifully packaged, with a real premier-feel to it.
I was suitably impressed and have started to use the company to send similar presents out to my own friends.
Moreover, the date I required for birthday delivery was available (AND free on this occasion) with only 4 days to go.
What a gem of a business!

Deeply Disappointed and Heartbroken Experience
Last year, my friend from Nigeria used this company to send me a birthday present, and everything went perfectly. Because of that, he decided to use them again this year to surprise me with a beautiful hamper worth over £90.
They even asked for my phone number in case there were any delivery issues — yet when the courier supposedly found the address “incorrect,” no one called or emailed me to confirm the flat number. The address was correct; only the flat number was missing. A simple call would have solved everything.
Instead, they marked the order as failed and refused to resend the gift or issue a refund. They only offered a £15 voucher — which is not only unfair but also deeply insensitive considering the circumstances.
This was meant to bring me a little joy during an emotional time since losing my son. Instead, it brought embarrassment, sadness, and disappointment.
It’s clear this company cares more about policies and money than people or compassion. I truly hope they reflect on how they treat customers and understand that sometimes, a small act of kindness makes all the difference.
