I've been wearing my gold jewelry from Primrose since June 2023 everyday and it still looks flawless. The gold plating has not peeled or faded.

A few weeks ago, I bought some jewellery from the spring collection. It looked amazing but unfortunately one of the earrings contained a loose stone. I took up contact with Primrose and after explaining the issue was sent a replacement earring! I have already ordered multiple times from their shop and I honestly only have positive things to say about them. Their designs are amazing and I appreciate the human touch they always add to their products. Thank you Primrose for your lovely service, sorry it took me some time to show my appreciation ;)

Ik heb hier nu voor de 2de keer een oorbellen set besteld. De vorige set (goudkleurig) heb ik 1,5 jaar lang elke dag gedragen (wel afgedaan met douchen en slapen) en hij bleef mooi. De enige reden dat ik een nieuwe set heb besteld, is dat ik wat nieuws wilde proberen. De producten zijn betaalbaar en van goede kwaliteit. Bovendien zijn ze altijd leuk verpakt en kreeg ik gratis een extra oorbel. Kortom, ik ben heel tevreden over de sieraden en zou dit bedrijf zeker aanraden! (:

Have been following this brand since 2020, and not once have they ever disappointed! The care the put into their lovely hand crafted jewellery really shows as my piece have lasted me years. They don’t tarnish or rust and they are so unique! The customer care is 10/10, if I have ever had a problem, they reply straight away and offer as much help as possible. Couldn't recommend more!

I love it! I discovered Primrose Jewellery through an Instagram ad and I was instantly fixed (well, it was a really pretty ad) and ordered the next day. It arrived yesterday (only 2 days after I ordered!!) and omg! It is so beautiful! I love the jewellery so much and it even had a handwritten note. You really can see that there's a small, caring team behind the company. I snooped around the website as well and it's so pretty and cute! 100/10 I can really recommend Primrose jewellery!

Da ich leider auf viele Materialien im Modeschmuckbereich allergisch reagiere war ich schon länger auf der Suche nach schönem und vor allem bezahlbaren Ohrringen, welche ich vertrage. Und ich bin sehr froh, mich für Schmuck von Primrose entschieden zu haben. Ich vertrage den Schmuck sehr gut und der Kundenservice ist großartig (nach ein paar Tage löste sich ein Steinchen und es wurde sofort ein neuer Ohrring geliefert).

Mega god oplevelse hele vejen igennem! Har købt der én gang før for et par år siden og bestilte igen, da deres smykker holder så godt, specielt farven. Jeg bestilte onsdag og fik den allerede torsdag.
Jeg fik desuden en gratis ørering med oveni min ordre med håndskrevet besked. Generelt er det tydeligt, at det er et troværdigt og ordentligt smykkefirma med mægtig fine smykker :)
Jeg bestiller helt klar fra dem igen.
