Ive bought from primrose about 5 times now!! Everytime its amazing! The earrings are so fab, i get so many compliments! I never take them off and they havent tarnished at all in about 5 years! Delivery is so quick and always with a handwritten note!

Just got my second order and can’t wait for the winter collection so that I make my third.
The jewelry is even cuter in person and the quality is awesome. I’ve even forgotten to take them out while showering a couple of times and they are still like new after 6 month's. The way the earrings are packaged and the handwritten personalized notes make opening the package even more exciting!!
My first order had a mistake but they responded to the email very quickly, fixed it and sent the new package right away.
The shipping is also very fast. I live in Greece and got my package in only 3 days.

Die Qualität ist im Verhältnis zum Preis sehr gut. Das ganze Team hinter Primrose Jewellery ist immer nett und Hilfsbereit. Der Schmuck kommt zügig und schön verpackt an.

Ich habe schon öfter bei Primrose bestellt, auch als Geschenk für Verwandte und Freunde, bis jetzt kann ich nur positives von der Marke sagen.

I ordered for the very first time and it definitely won't be the last - everything from the ordering process to the delivery to the jewellery itself was perfect!
The jewellery is very lightweight, fine and delicate, yet looks very impressive and adds a nice sparkle to one's ears. The quality seems to be really good, although I can't say much about how long the gold plating will last yet.
The final touch is the handwritten note - it adds a very cute & personal touch!
Can't wait to order again!

Ik heb inmiddels twee keer een bestelling geplaatst van meerdere oorbellen. Na ontvangst vond ik een leuk handgeschreven kaartje in het doosje, na de tweede bestelling zat er zelfs een verassing bij. De kwaliteit van de oorbellen is top en ze hebben de leukste designs! Echt een aanrader, ik ga hier in de toekomst zeker vaker bestellen.

Ik kwam prim-rose.com tegen op pinterest. Toen ik de site bezocht kon ik gewoon niet kiezen uit alle oorbellen. Daarom maar de mystery box earring pairs besteld. Toen ik mijn pakketje een paar dagen later (gisteren) binnenkreeg, werd ik helemaal gelukkig! Super schattige en mooie oorbellen van goede kwaliteit. Vooral de kleur vind ik prachtig, het zilver is mooi helder. Vandaag nog een bestelling geplaatst en dat zal zeker niet de laatste zijn. Ik kan niet wachten tot ik mijn nieuwe bestelling binnen krijg!

I’ve always been super happy with their jewelry as I have sensitive skin and they never disappoint. I love the easy clasps to open and close the earrings, they never tarnish and are all made with much attention to detail. The team is always super friendly as you can tell by their emails and cute handwritten notes in the packages. It feels very personal and I love to support them.
Not to mention the incredibly fast shipping. I live in Sweden and I made my order on Sunday and it was in my mailbox by Wednesday afternoon - impressive!
They also have great deals, such as 3 earrings pay for 2!

I have ordered twice from primrose jewellery and everytime it gets better. the kindly handwritten notes and quick shipping are only partly why I reorder but mostly the lovely earrings!!!! they are so so pretty, as soon as the fall collection date was released i was dying to buy! not sure I will ever go anywhere else for earrings, lovely business, staff and jewellery!!!!

J'ai passé une commande sur ce site qui propose de très jolies boucles d'oreilles seules.
Commande passée mardi, livraison jeudi, ultra rapide.
Boucles d'oreilles joliment présentées dans une boîte et un mot tout doux, personnalisé et écrit à la main. C'est simple mais ça fait très plaisir.
Une petite boutique au top !

Great service. Asked for details regarding a product that wasn't in stock, and was told when to expect said product to be back in stock. This was via. Instragram mostly, but email was also quite fast in response.

Upon further questions and a small custom request, they quickly answered and delivered multiple times. Highly recommend.
