Ordered new tap for caravan but unfortunately was marked so was exchanged for correct one.
Slow original delivery and exchange item was delayed no reason given arrived to late for holiday.

Dealing with Prima is a nightmare
Dealing with Prima is a nightmare. I find them less than helpful, and information they give is unreliable. Finding specific parts is not easy, dealing with them is a last resort for me. For me they bring Bailey into disrepute, and I am a Bailey owner.
I am still awaiting information to repair a broken drawer from Feb 2026.
Sorry Prima, but you must get your act together.
