Proactive are exceptional the staff are friendly and professional, very responsive and always on time. They are always my first call if I need anything delivering. I have used this service many times and would not hesitate to use them over and over again very competitive pricing too.

I'm so sorry, we don't recognise your name as either a supplier or customer of ours. My concern is that your may be confusing us with another courier company such as Pro Despatch or Pro-Despatch.

Top quality service at very reasonable prices. I dealt with Ross after I put a plea out on LinkedIn for a very quick turnaround job.
I can't fault the service from Proactive Despatch - very easy to arrange, jargon free, they did what they said they would do. Clear comms, proof of delivery all served up with a great sense of humour. Thank you 👍🏻

I needed a collection/drop off sameday and who better to deal with than Shannon at Proactive Despatch. Everything got booked in with collection & drop off times along with how long it would take to load the van and for the driver to arrive while on the phone.

Booked in a courier service with ProActive. Sadly the service didn't go ahead but Lewis kept me up to date on why the shipment would not be collected and advised on the matter. Customer service is excellent

Outstanding service! - Highly Recommend.
This is the first time I have used Proactive Despatch, I contacted them last minute with an urgent delivery and they were extremely helpful in making the arrangements required to ensure our product was delivered on time. From guidance with the size of vehicle was required, to keeping me updated with collection and delivery status, it was clear from the start I was in safe hands. As someone who appreciates good customer service, I cannot recommend this company enough!
