Pastry = rubbish
Pastry = rubbish (chewy, tasteless)
Fillings = so unclear as to what they were! The "signs/signals" were "🤷" - we picked fillings that, apparently, weren't even on the "guide"

Thank you for your feedback — we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed.
We have recently introduced a few new flavours, and we’re currently in the process of updating our identification leaflet to reflect these additions. It’s possible that the guide included in your box did not yet show the newer varieties, which may have caused some confusion — apologies for that.
Each pasty does have its own crimp marking for identification, and once the updated leaflets are rolled out, this should make things much clearer.

Two deliveries in so far. Breakfast pasty was a real surprise, loved it. Lamb and mint has been a lifelong favourite of mine and these didn't disappoint. Trying the large proper Cornish tomorrow night instead of an expensive takeaway.
Delivery by DPD absolutely perfect as always.

I love these pasties and the name is well suited as they are proper pasties from Cornwall and I should know because I was born in Cornwall but have now moved away so these are a happy reminder of what a good pasty should taste like

Avoid.
Paid for a pre 12 delivery and got notification that the delivery would be between 15:45 and 16:45 so the (birthday) parcel is now sitting on the recipients doorstep in the rain. It's just not good enough to use an unreliable courier (DPD). Absolutely will never trust ANY pasty delivery company again.

I’m sorry to see that your pre-12:00 delivery has not been fulfilled as expected. Regrettably, once the parcel is in the hands of the courier, the delivery is out of our control.
The pre 12 delivery should have been actioned at the DPD sortation office this morning when they processed your parcel. Unfortunately, this has not been honoured.
We will be raising this with DPD internally to understand why your pre 12 delivery was not followed, as this is not the level of service we expect from them.
In the meantime, we have refunded the pre-12 delivery fee to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
We apologise again for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.

Arrived still frozen and well packaged.
First time ordering from this company and pleased to say that they arrived ready to go into the freezer, still frozen and packed in an insulated box with freezer packs. We had one each for lunch and they were delicious.

The real thing
The real thing. Don't know about "proper" pasty, I'd say perfect. If you can find a better pasty in South Australia or Cornwall (home of the proper pasty), you'll be lucky - and have travelled a long way! Pork pie likewise, and the sausage rolls are scrumptious too.

Was my first time order 2 boxes of the Cornish pasties with free sausage rolls . Was updated throughout the delivery from start to finish . Baked two pastries after reading the instructions on the back of the handout given .. the pasties looked amazing. Left them to cool as recommended by you ..
