THERE'S ONE THING THAT WE WOULD WANT AS A NON-PROFIT CIC IS THE OPTION TO PAY IN INSTALMENTS.
EVEN IF THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS CALCULATED FROM THIS EVENT'S INSURANCE IS PAYABLE ONE MONTH AFTER THIS FESTIVAL, THEN PAY 10 MONTHLY PAYMENTS READY FOR THE NEXT SHOW, WITH THE LAST MONTH READY TO PAY ANY INCREASES, ETC. THAT MIGHT HAPPEN OVER THE YEAR.

The company in itself is great and easy…
The company in itself is great and easy to use their website. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the customer service aspect. I’m hiring a hall and it wasn’t until after I purchased the insurance that they said they need 5 mil cover instead of the standard 1 mil when I called to change it saying I needed 5 instead of 1 the last in the phone said well did you not scroll down and look before completing the purchase in a very condescending tone. When I said why I needed the change she said oh okay. So some customer service is training/brush ups may be needed.

Needed a one day insurance for a craft fare protectively is a really good price compared to other sites

Don't use them
Refuse to explain what animals they do and don't cover using vague terms like "domestic animals" but do confirm I'm not covered to commit war crimes....!!???
Will not be renewing with them and will be going with an insurance company that is cheaper and actually covers more than hamsters, cats and some dogs
