Optimise your notifications SOP
I didn’t need to claim, so it’s hard to assess effectiveness.
However, you charging me extra £4 for !!! Posting me a letter !!! because my payment bounced is ridiculous.
You do have my number and a call doesn’t cost anything. So you could have just called me.
Otherwise- quite responsive call centre.

Thank you for your feedback. Having reviewed our records, we can see that we sent you an email and two SMS text messages before attempting to contact you by post.
We appreciate your suggestion about calling customers, and we do understand how this could be helpful. However, it is not always practical for us to call every customer who has a failed payment. In addition, our experience has shown that many customers do not answer calls from unfamiliar numbers.
However we do value your feedback and will take your comments into consideration as we continue to review our communication methods.

Very easy to get a quote. Happy with the price and level of cover. Only downside is that I used a referral code and still haven’t received the reward.

Had to make a claim twice under my small dog walking and homeboarding company. Both times its been a brilliant process that actually cares about settling quickly. These guys are fair and a great company.
