I was able to schedule a video call within an hour with the loveliest Provence Holidays rep to find properties where our dog would be welcome. She narrowed down a fantastic selection within our budget which made booking the perfect place so easy.

This is the second time we are using Provence holidays. We had a wonderful holiday in a fabulous villa last year. We find all the staff to be friendly, efficient, patient . Fanny helped us find the right place with our requirements and allowed us to ask many, many questions till we settled on what worked best for us. Highly recommend .

La villa que nous souhaitions réserver ne répondait pas entièrement à nos critères, et rapidement, on nous a envoyé un email proposant plusieurs autres villas qui correspondaient parfaitement à nos attentes.
Donc, nous avons pu effectuer la réservation sans tracas en évitant de devoir faire les recherches nous-mêmes.
La prochaine fois, je zappe même les annonces et prends directement contact avec eux pour leur faire part de notre quête sans avoir à passer des heures en ligne à chercher la villa qui coche le plus de nos critères possibles !
