Had a trap ring made to celebrate my 50th Wedding Anniversary, using gold and stones from three generations of rings . I now have an absolutely beautiful ring which I shall treasure , and in time pass on to my daughter . Rebecca and her team excelled in completing my ring in record time for me. Nothing is too much trouble . The quality of the end result and customer service is second to none .

Incredible service, beautiful designs

As I am unable to travel to the PS workshop I ordered my Bubbles Offset Diamond ring after an online video consultation with Rebecca. Then I used their ring sizer to get an accurate size. The whole experience was excellent and I am now the proud owner of an eternity ring which has been made using the gold from my late husband’s wedding ring and so it has very special meaning for me. The ring is of a contemporary style and has been handmade especially for me. The whole team at PS are very helpful and understanding and I have no hesitation recommending them and their products.

From the moment we stepped into the showroom, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Emily was brilliant at helping me narrow down what I wanted ahead of our design appointment with Rebecca, and she answered all of my many questions with patience and care.

Rebecca was equally lovely – she guided us through all the options and made the whole experience really enjoyable. The ring is absolutely perfect – beautifully made and exactly what we hoped for.

If you get the chance, I’d definitely recommend having a tour of the workshop. Seeing where the jewellery is made added something really special to the experience. It made the whole process feel so much more personal and meaningful, rather than just buying something off the shelf.

My husband bought me a beautiful eternity ring from Pruden and Smith to mark our wedding anniversary. I love their designs and ethos and the fact that the jewellery is hand made in their workshop.

I trusted Pruden and Smith to refashion my wedding & engagement rings after my bereavement. I wanted something symbolic that treasured what I had lost but looked to the future. It was a truly cathartic process, done with skill, care and empathy. They really listen. They reused the gold and stones from my rings and created something magical through their redesign process adding elements meaningful to me. The ring is so important to me, even more so because of the meaning imbued through being completely involved in the process.

I took some treasured old jewellery to be made into something I could wear. The result is a fantastic eternity ring, that holds more meaning than just the stones and is a joy to wear.
