Buyer Beware- Especially if you need customer support.
I have been a fan of puffco for years. They are a great company. Except, dont ever have any of your items have a defect! I purchased a 3DXL chamber separately from my peak pro. I received the unit in January 2026 it was great until it stopped working. I reached out in March. Except they only guarantee the chamber for 30 days. They are an item that is meant to be used and replaced. Except youre supposed to buy a new chamber every 30 days according to their warranty which doesnt come with the item. You have to go look for that under a second section of the website. So if an item that you spend $100 breaks after two months of light use too bad youre just stuck. You used it and now it needs replaced.
Customer service sucks better than a shark vacuum. Canned AI responses. No real person actually assisting you. Weeks of back and forth. Bottom line if they actually do read their reviews:
Have your Customer service reps lead with warranty information FIRST then troubleshooting. Such a nightmare.
If you want to keep supporting Puffco thats great just do it from an authorized retailer. They will actually help you get the help you need instead of stringing you along with AI customer service for three weeks.

I just want to give a big shout-out to the team at Puffco for their incredible customer service.
I had an issue with my Puffco Proxy chamber and reached out to the support team. Even though my device was actually out of warranty, Dewie and the team still took the time to help me properly troubleshoot the issue step by step until we got to the bottom of it.
What really impressed me was how quickly they responded and how helpful they were throughout the whole process. No automated nonsense, just genuine support from someone who clearly cares about the product and the customer experience.
To top it off, they’ve now sent me out a replacement chamber, which they absolutely didn’t have to do considering I was outside the warranty period.
That level of service really stands out these days.
The Puffco Proxy is already my favourite Puffco device, and experiences like this are exactly why I’ll continue to support the brand.
Huge thanks again to Dewie and the Puffco team — five-star service all the way.

Glass peice broke which I assume is pretty common. But they responded to me quick and within 2 emails I got a replacement sent completely. I was helped by Dewie at puffco and he was definitely 10/10 on customer support!

Puffco Customer support. A friend of mine brought Peak Pro 3DXL at 420.00 from this company for my grandson for his graduation and it never worked from day one. From that point on they have refused to replace the defected chamber period. I also noticed this at their site about the type of warranty this one man operation offers their customers, READ>>>>>> : Additionally, please kindly understand that we do not offer a money-back guarantee and can only offer a refund for products purchased from our website that are returned unused, unopened, in the original factory sealed packaging but do offer an advertised manufacturer's limited warranty. If you never use it or open it up how do you know if it is defected. My grandson sent them a video of the defected part and it’s failure in operation, the model number and serial number purchase order number. That was three weeks ago. I felt so bad at the treatment they were putting him threw I just ordered the part for 120 bucks. It should be here any day now. I told Todd to file fraud charges against them and let the bank handle the refund. They are lucky Todd is having to go threw this kind of fraud and piss poor customer support. Me I would have already had it refunded and taken care of at my bank. I would stay as far as I can from this company, By the way they have no phone only email contact plus it takes two weeks of so for them to respond if they feel like the then two step run around starts till they just stop responding. I can assure you if they read this, they will say they are trying to make things right which is total BS.As far as I am concerned you will be making a 500 donation to this company at your cost. Once they steal your money it is on you from that point on.Good luck. UPDATE:: Just as I posted. We have sent you the info you requested more than once. This is why I posted what you offer, the two step run around is the only thing you offer.
