Abbiamo acquistato un giubbotto dalla zona sconti col bollino viola , arrivati in cassa il capo passa a prezzo pieno mia figlia chiede il perché e il commesso gentilmente ha risposto che lo sconto era solo valido ieri venerdì.....Ok risponde l'altro commesso con tono arrogante e sgarbato dicendo che un bollino non è sinonimo di sconto e di chiamare l'azienda se avevo problemi.....ho risposto nessun problema era solo una domanda non voglio fare polemiche,ancora sgarbato ha risposto ehhh ma lei la sta già facendo la polemica.....mia figlia aveva solo fatto una domanda.....negozio di Palermo al conca d'oro non andremo mai più.....capisco la stanchezza e tutto ma aveva già risposto il tuo collega non c'era bisogno di immischiarsi......

My parcel has gone missing and the last update was over a week ago and nothing since order was £187 no refund for a parcel I have not received and all i get when i try and contact them is AI telling me they are either closed or busy!
Hopefully this review will prompt them to answer their customers issues!!!!

Communication good to say when packed and out for delivery. Recieved very quickly.
His jacket was out of stock and i requested a email for when it returns so i hope that works.

Avoid - it seems to be a scam organisation. No response from customer services despite two emails and it’s impossible to call or chat with anyone -only a virtual assistant which is no help whatsoever. My order was supposedly delivered last week but I cannot access any tracking information.

Shocking company. Order has been lost and still they refuse to issue a refund or resending deliver…. Insist I wait and wait and wait with no updates whatsoever. Steer clear.

Bonjour, je suis très mécontente du service après vente remboursement.
J’ai acheté le 21/10 un jogging trop grand pour mon fils. On n’a pas voulu me rembourser, prétextant qu’il avait été porté qu’il sentait la lessive.
Ce jogging n’a jamais été porté et jamais été lavé .Je lave mon linge avec une lessive que je fabrique moi même avec de la soude qui ne sent rien car mon fils fait de l’eczéma . Je suis furieuse que l’on est mis en doute mon honnêteté. Je repars du magasin avec un jogging que personne ne pourra porter. Je suis furieuse, je ne recommande pas ce magasin.

Nachdem ich dann PayPal eingeschaltet hatte, und meine Zahlungen und Rückzahlungen nochmals belegt habe, wurde mir endlich das Geld zurückerstattet. Der ganze Vorgang hat über 4 Wochen gedauert. Also bitte tätigt keine Bestellungen in diesem Online-Shop. Es gibt nur Ärger, und man muss seinem Geld hinterlaufen. FINGER WEG!

The worst customer service going
I have spent weeks trying to resolve a simple payment issue with Pull & Bear, and it has been impossible. I’ve contacted them multiple times through every channel available—email, WhatsApp, chat bot, and even in-store—and I have yet to hear back from a single person.
Emails go completely unanswered, not even an automated acknowledgment. The chatbot is useless and offers no solutions. Even more shocking, I was told that refunds cannot be processed in-store! How is a customer supposed to get help when every avenue leads to a dead end?
This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. A company of this size should not make it so difficult—if not impossible—for customers to resolve basic issues. Truly unacceptable.

Glasgow silverburn store is awful. Most unhelpful assistants and unhelpful manager.
The manager herself is unprofessional, rude and even for the simple tasks is unwilling to help.

I placed an order online 2 months ago and I haven’t received it. The status is showing S still processing. When I do eventually manage to speak to an advisor via WhatsApp, the won’t do anything about it. So they’ve taken my money & not provided the goods.
Also, I sent a return, tracking details show it has been received at their warehouse but they won’t process a refund.
Disgusting company, fraudsters, scammers & thieves.

Worst service
I bought jeans for my daughter and they were too small. We went back to the store a week later. She tried on other jeans and we went to customer service. We were greeted with shouts that we couldn't exchange clothes purchased online. I politely replied that the jeans were purchased in the store. The attendant came to us with very bad taste, looked at the jeans that had the tag on them, and said she wouldn't exchange them because they smelled like laundry detergent. I explained that the jeans were too small and had the tag on them, and she was yelling and treating me with the utmost disrespect. Anyway, I left the store with the jeans that were too small, and they're here because they don't fit my daughter. I wasted my money on something that will have no use. The deadline for exchange or return could be made until September 22nd, and even so, I don't even feel like stepping foot in that store after the way I was treated.

Cabot Circus Bristol - awful customer service
Awful customer service, particularly from the store manager who lacked knowledge, was dismissive and rude. Was trying to return an item, it took 40 minutes with me having to go outside the shop on several occasions to be able to get online and having to queue up 4 times. Eventually I was told I couldn’t return it as it was over 30 days despite the reason for return being the store’s fault for putting the wrong size on the hanger. However, my main problem was the attitude of the manager, it’s not surprising other staff lack customer service if she is training them. Shout out to one guy who was personable and helpful.
