Fraud at the highest level! My husband returned an item in store and got told he was going to get a refund via the same payment method. Months later no refund, the store told him to contact customer services and no one has responded.
SIMPLEMENTE LAMENTABLE
Ya no hay empleadas para cobrar, lo tienes que hacer tú en la maquinita. Quieres una bolsa y no hay manera que te lea el código y encima tienes que quitar tú mismo el aparato antirrobo, lo cual era tan difícil que tuve que llamar a un empleado a voces (porque allí no aparecía nadie) y no pudo quitarlo. Tuvo que llamar a una compañera. Y se supone que lo tienes que hacer tú mismo. Lamentable el servicio, y todo para ahorrarse dinero en empleados haciéndonos perder a los clientes mucho más tiempo y nervios. Es la última vez que compro en este tugurio.

Il personale poco disponibile e maleducato.
Volevo acquistare due cinture in saldo prezzate a 1.99; arrivati in cassa passavano a prezzo pieno.
Nonostante tutto il blocco delle cinture esposte fossero prezzate a 1.99 la responsabile ci ha trattati male e ha esplicitamente precisato che il prezzo corretto fosse quello della cassa.
Come clienti ormai da anni sappiamo che il prezzo da pagare è sempre quello che vediamo sul cartellino.
La responsabile ha preferito lasciassimo la merce, si è girata e ci ha completamente ignorati lasciandoci con la cassiera che non sapeva come rivolgersi .Visto il disagio abbiamo lasciato tutto e siamo andati via.
Vorrei solo specificare che siamo clienti e che dovremmo essere trattati bene e con rispetto . Non acquisteremo mai più dal vostro negozio.

Ik zou een bestelling ontvangen in de winkel op een bepaalde datum er stond zelfs een tijd bij .
Helaas niets binnen gekomen en nu zijn we al 8 dagen verder en nog steeds niets ontvangen.
Ik ben voor niks naar de winkel gegaan en toen ik er was zag ik een heel rek vol met het artikel wat ik had besteld .ik zei tegen de medewerker dit had ik besteld en ze zei ja maar dit komt niet van de online bestellingen maar voor de winkel .Als ik het goed begrijp loopt er in de planning heel wat fout en was dit de laaste keer dat ik er iets bestel en mocht het nog binnen komen dan stuur ik het direct terug .
Al die engels sprekende medewerkers is ook niet normaal ,want er zijn heel veel mensen die geen engels kunnen spreken dus horen die engels sprekende medewerkers nederlands te spreken!

onmogelijk om mijn bestelling te retourneren. had eerst de bestelling geannuleerd toen alsnog ontvangen. ik krijg geen verzendlabel om te retourneren. contact via whatsapp is zeer slecht we blijven in cirkels gaan alsof ik met een bot spreek. bij vraag om telefoon nummer krijg ik een momentje te horen en wordt ik daarna genegeerd.

Product met pen vlekken ontvangen en als ik het terug wil sturen kost het ons 1,95 retour kosten. Voor ons nooit meer!

Shocking customer service. I had an order sent to a locker but never received a code to get my order. Contacted through email 5 days ago and no response. Contacted via WhatsApp and Live Chat takes me to shoddy A.I. Bots who are unsupportive and simply tell me to try a different method of communication when I’ve exhausted all options. Why is it so hard to speak to someone?

Dont order anything from this company instead boycott them , i have ordered jeans which came nothing similar to the picture and fitting were horrible i requested a return and they sent me an email that they issued a refund on 24july and still i havent received anything until now i have contacted the cs many times and they just keep mentioning that they issued a refund on the fake useless invoice they sent on my mail which has no transaction or proof i wish i could share it here with you and i have screenshots of the cs chat aswell you would be convinced you have been scammed .. the cs dana and ali both are horrible the one named ali have ended the chat session while i was still typing this cs is the worst i have ever experienced in my entire life .avoid this company at any cost I WARNED YOU and wish i have read the reviews before buying

I love Pull and Bear clothes and received a voucher for their online store as a Christmas present. I just recently attempted to use it and bought items that included me spending £18 in addition. This is where the disaster began. After an original dispatch email, I received another saying my pick-up point was unavailable and to respond letting them know an alternative one. Which I did. The same day.
I then had a message to say my order was at the original pick-up point. I collected it but only half was there.
At this point, the online tracker got stuck saying that the other half of my order would be delivered three days in the past.
I contacted customer services twice by email, twice by WhatsApp and once my online chat. The online chat is entirely useless - permanently a 'virtual assistant' who concluded by saying basically that as a virtual assistant, they couldn't help.
So I retried WhatsApp today and finally got a response. The man told me I hadn't replied to their email. I sent the screenshot showing I had. He said that the second part of my delivery will now arrive on Tuesday at the second pick-up point. Obviously it remains to be seen whether it really will arrive there when he said but at least i'd finally had a response!
Anyway this evening, chilly weather having returned, I went to put on the puffa jacket I'd ordered from them. It still has the security tag attached! I returned to WhatsApp because the product is obviously now unwearable and I don't live anywhere near a Pull and Bear store to have it removed. You've guessed it...back to the virtual assistant and 'try again Monday'.
The whole experience has just been unbelievably bad and I am completely unsurprised by the stream of one star reviews below mine.
Achtung. Retouren nicht möglich
Ich kann nun mit dem 5. QR Code und der 5. Kommunikation über WhatsApp mein Glück einer Retoure versuchen...aber wer hält das schon durch ? Jedesmal jemand Anderes. Eine Telefonnummer gibt es nicht. Man bekommt einen neuen QR Code und immer ist er bei Hermes ungültig. Nicht auszuhalten. Man bleibt drauf sitzen.
Sneaky tactic
They have finally been in touch by a three different email addresses and they are all asking for the same information over again which is my order number address and email address which I keep Providing.
I think what the plan here is they keep stringing you along until the 30 day return period is over and there is nothing that can be done.
Very sneaky and disgusting tactic. They should be ashamed.

Leveren bij winkels is niet mogelijk. Dan moeten betalen voor leveren bij dhl punt en vervolgens zeggen dat het pakketpunt vol is dus de bestelling niet geleverd kan worden en ik weet nu niet wanneer ik mijn bestelling binnen krijg en of ik die überhaupt nog binnen krijg
Where’s the refund??????
Sent the items back and after two weeks still no refund. Sizing is incorrect, everything oversized. No confirmation emails, no correspondence. I log in with some validation code and I see they received the clothes back, but I have no other messages. Rubbish! Will never buy from them again.

Niet aan te raden bestelling nooit ontvangen maar wel voor betaald
Eind april wat besteld en nooit ontvangen en nu moet ik er wel voor betalen. Klantenservice is niet bereikbaar en reactie duurt 2 maanden en vervolgens hoor je niks. Je kan ze niet bellen en de app schiet je ook niks mee op. Ook Klarna biedt geen hulp. Ze zeggen dat DHL t pakket bezorgd heeft maar niet bij mij. Kennelijk ligt t risico bij de klant. Dan gaan we maar kijken of rechtsbijstand hulp kan bieden. Echt absurd dit en dat voor zo’n groot concern.
Retourneren is onmogelijk…
Retourneren word je onmogelijk gemaakt. Retourcode kunnen door verzendpartijen niet worden gelezen, nieuwe zijn niet aan te maken en contact leggen met een medewerker bij Pull and Bear is onmogelijk. De chatbot en whatsapp zijn een aanfluiting en op mails reageren ze niet. Mijn advies nooit iets online kopen bij deze partij, dit is gewoon een verdienmodel.
