Bestelling geplaatst maar deze werd nooit geleverd door een fout van Pull&Bear. Terugbetaling werd beloofd maar niet nagekomen. Waardeloze en langzame klantendienst. Goede raad, blijf weg bij deze site!

Ik heb laatst de College bomberjack met contrastmouw met productcode 4711/376 gekocht. Geweldig! Alleen een beetje te oversised soms, maarja wel lekker warm. Ik gebruik de jas nu als echte jas, omdat die zo warm is dat je hem ook echt als jas kan gebruiken. De levering ging snel!

What a horrible shopping experience. In the modern, digital business setting it is surely incomprehensible to have an online store incapable or tracking inventory. With no customer service available you are forced to deal with a poorly programed bot. When you finally get through to a 'human' they are not prepared to deal with your issues.
Avoid like the plague. These people are either utterly incompetent or plain and simple scammers - depending on their intent.
I only wish I had read all of the other, terrible reviews before ordering.

Shocking Customer Service
Went to another city for a shopping trip and purchased a jumper from Pull&Bear. Wore the jumper once and after it’s first wash it fell apart! Contacted customer service via email and got no response, messaged them on Instagram and got told to bring it back to the store as because I’d purchased it in a store rather than online customer services couldn’t deal with the issue. Explained my “nearest” store was an hour and a half away so not practical to travel 60+ miles to return a jumper and their response didn’t even acknowledge this and just once again told me it had to be returned to a store! Absolutely shocking company, poor quality clothing and even worse customer service. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered 3 items, the dress they sent was the wrong one, the skirt had its security tag on it it, the third item was ok. Trying to sort it out, not easy to contact them. Only positive was speed of delivery.

I ordered a pair of heels online from Pull & Bear, however I had to return them as they didn't fit. I mailed the parcel and did not receive any confirmation of a return or refund. I contacted them numerous times for help and received no reply. I finally received confirmation of a return and refund 6 weeks later, however the incorrect amount was detailed to be credited. I would not advise ordering from this company online.

Read the reviews and was concerned but deeply wanted the stitch trainers so ordered them anyways and oh so glad I did. Ordered Sunday night arrived Monday afternoon I mean that’s super fast and that’s with standard delivery. Item arrived in excellent condition and the fit was spot on so comfy totally in love with these

alles in allem eine Katastrophe. Da werde ich nicht mehr einkaufen. Die Website ist verbuggt. Im IE geht die Seite gar nicht auf, in Chrome lassen sich manche Artikel nicht öffnen (egal ob IPad, Handy oder PC).

Do not order on line from this company you cannot return your items. You have to email to get a returns form and they don't respond. I emailed over a month ago and haven't had a reply.
I rang The Trafford Centre and they said they don't accept on line purchases.
It's absolutely awful customer service.
I had to write a review to advise other people to prevent it happening to them.
STRATFORD STAFF ARE CARELESS & RUDE!
I’ve seen a co ord online and came in to try it on. I’ve seen it on display and I kindly asked a young girl to help me. She didn’t seem bothered to help and concluded it is not in store at all. I asked someone working in the changing room and she advised I asked the girl on the shop floor again as she was managing the changing room. I work in retail so was happy to approach her again. I asked the girl again and she walked off and ignored me after a girl at the till asked her to help at the till. This girl didn’t even say “sorry to interrupt” she said she needed the girl I was asking for help to come to the till “now”. That’s when she walked off and I stood in the middle of the shop stunned by this behaviour. She was rude and walked around the store smirking at me! I have informed the manager and she said she was new and will talk to her to give feedback on her mannerism but I highly doubt it. The manager was eager to walk off while I was trying to talk to her! The staff need to be trained on customer service clearly!
Beware if Buying in Store
Bought pair of dungarees at new store in Edinburgh whilst visiting the city. There were no changing room facilities due to COVID restrictions.
Returned back home to Newcastle that evening and turns out the dungarees are too small.
I'm trying to return products however policy states I can only return in store...
Also can't contact customer service other than email and only seem to get impersonal (1-2 line) emails insisting goods to be returned to store (rather than trying to helpfully solve my problem).
I mean really?.....this is the digital age...Pull and Bear have built their business through digital platforms like ASOS and yet they cannot transact digitally, at a time when even traditional stores like M&S and John Lewis have gotten their act together in relation to digital returns.
I'm not going to spend 4 hours on the round trip to Edinburgh to return a £40 pair of trousers...the cynic in me things that perhaps they know that.

Ze hebben mijn retour niet volledig verwerkt, 1 ding vergeten. Ik heb een foto van alle goederen die ik had geretourneerd en ook staan ze vermeld in de retouranvraag. In contact te komen met pull&bear is heel moelijk, ze hebben uiteindelijk een onderzoek gestart, maar duurt te lang.
Update: dit item was uiteindelijk retour verwerkt maar kostte mij veel stress

Der Versand ging sehr schnell, circa 2-3 Tage, was bei solchen ""kleineren"" Online-Shops schon sehr schnell mMn ist. Im Vergleich zu JD Sports ist das Lichtgeschwindigkeit ;).
Ware kam wie bestellt.
Alles in allem hatte ich noch nie Probleme.

Seriously. What is up with this company? They never reply to emails. Is there any customer service at all?
I ordered two pairs of velcro sandals (‘ Flat strappy tie-dye sandals REF. 1704/740’). A size 6 and a size 7. When you receive shoes from a company, they usually appear to be in an unused condition, right?
The size 7 pair of sandals were squashed together in the bag, with the velcro straps haphazardly and barely attached as they were entirely bent backwards. I wish I’d taken a photo. It looked like someone had tried them on and in an immense rush, stuffed them back in the plastic bag without actually strapping the velcro back on, meaning the actual sandal straps now and deep creases.
But whatever, right? Things like this happen I suppose. Maybe it somehow contorted itself during transit.
However, upon deeper inspection of the sandals, they both had strands of human hair attached to the velcro. Light brown-blonde hair. I have black-brown hair. The hairs were so interweaved within the velcro. Three hairs! I checked the soles, dirty of course. These sandals has been worn by someone who seems to have a problem with hair loss, or maybe cleanliness, I mean how does your hair end up within the velcro strap within shoes and then Pull and Bear send it to me as new stock? Crazy!

De kleding is incompleet geleverd. Met de klanteservice gesproken en dan kom je niet verder dan dat je via een heel ingewikkeld proces het product kan retourneren om vervolgens zelf een nieuwe te moeten kopen, in de hoop dat deze dan wel compleet is. Voor mij de laatste keer dat ik hier iets koop.
