my package was ordered on 01.02, and now on 01.13 and 01.11 I receive emails from Royal Mail that they did not deliver my order and it will be returned to the company. But I can contact them and if they agree they can make another delivery attempt, I tried for a long time to contact the consultant in chat, I managed to do it for the sixth time. When I finally did it, I asked the consultant if it is possible to forward the package to me because I don't understand what the problem is and why it was sent back to the store, to which I received the answer that your order is going back to us, we can't do anything wait for a refund and the consultant immediately left the chat without waiting for my answer🙄 Let's start with the fact that I did not make an order in order to return it and in order to get a refund, I needed these things. I am currently awaiting a refund and do not recommend this store

Ordered weeks ago. Contacted them on whereabouts as estimated delivery said over a week ago. They wouldn’t speak to me because I ordered for my 14 year old son and said they would only speak to him (we have the same surname and it’s my email address) I got my son to speak to them but they refused to do over the same chat. Re-chatted them as my son - refused again!! How can i speak to them ?! Massive lack of common sense . Very poor service . Managed to speak on WhatsApp but all they can say is it’s been escalated and won’t refund me.still no delivery after nearly 4 weeks.

Een maand geleden heb ik een pakje besteld waarvan zij beweren dat dit geleverd was! Dit is uiteraard niet het geval! Ik heb contact opgenomen via mail, whatsapp en live chat maar niks biedt een oplossing. Ik heb het telefoonnummer geprobeerd maar dat is steeds buiten dienst en anders is het in het Spaans te doen. Geld zal ik niet terugkrijgen aangezien het volgens hen geleverd is. Waardeloos!!!!!

Der Laden im Centro Oberhausen, hat das unfreundlichste Personal. In jedem Geschäft darf man als Begleitung mit in die Umkleide zum Beraten nur nicht bei Pull und Bear, da wird man sehr unfreundlich he rausgeschmissen. Geht garnicht
eine Vollkatastrophe
Ware bestellt und nie geliefert. Angeblich hätte ich die Ware zurückgesandt, obwohl ich nie eine Lieferung erhalten habe. Hoffe, dass ich mein Geld wieder sehe. Telefonischer Kontakt nicht möglich, angeblich steht dieses "Medium" derzeit nicht zur Verfügung. Lediglich Kontakt mit einem "Bot" in einem automatisierten Chat möglich. Letztendlich dort einen Mitarbeiter online bekommen. Der Chat bricht mehrfach ab, weil der Mitarbeiter sich minutenlang nicht meldet. Alles in Allem eine Vollkatastrophe. Jetzt fange ich von vorne an eine Winterjacke für meinen Sohn zu bestellen, der sie dringend braucht. NIE WIEDER !!

If there is anything less than 1 star that’s what I would give. Poor customer service, received my package torn and open. Request a refund on 29th October 2022and I still haven’t received my money back. Online chat is the only way to get to them and there too they easily close the chat without helping. Let me know where I can’t post pictures

AVOID AVOID shopping online. I placed an order on the 30th OCT 2022. I placed the order for collection at Oxford Street (estimated delivery stated that between the 31st OCT or 02nd NOV, the parcel should be ready to collect).
Today is 4th NOV, there is no progress of status in the tracker... it just "confirmed" nothing stating delays... I read the comments and regret for not reading them before!!!. I went to the Oxford Street store and they said to me "nothing we can do, this is the online department, we just receive parcels, you need to contact customer services and wait". I contacted customer services... still waiting for a response... but by the rest of comments, I assume nothing will arrive and I will waiting for a refund forever...
So Please avoid to shop online... as some people said, they are quick to take the money, but not quick enough to prepare your items. I understand that some parcels can be delayed but the minimum is to let the customer know...
HORRIBLE customer service. This was the first and last time indeed I will buy online.

No stars! Haven't received goods after 10 days
I would actually give this company no stars but that isn't an option! Absolutely awful and customer services can't get any information. No communication worst on line shopping experience I have ever encountered! Ordered online 12th Oct was advised delivery between 14th and 17th this then changed to 19th and I have received no tracking information or information since and it's now 21st Oct with no correspondence at all from this conpany. I tried to contact customer services by telephone and they don't take calls. I messaged them on 19th and still no one has responded.
Betrug
Es ist keine Rückgabe möglich. Auch auf Anfrage bekamen wir nur eine Standard Mail. (Herr XXX Frau XXX). Nie wieder.

Ik ben al 2 maanden bezig met het geld terug krijgen van mijn retourzending. Elke keer zullen ze er achter aan gaan, maar je hoort nooit meer iets. Heel erg slecht geregeld, echt absurd
Rücksendungen nicht möglich
Rücksendungen sind teilweise gar nicht möglich, ich habe eine Bestellung im wert von 96€ getätigt und kann diese nicht zurückschicken. Egal ob über WhatsApp, E-Mail oder die angebende Telefon Website es ist nicht möglich irgendwen von dem „Kundenservice“ vernünftig zu erreichen.Mir werden E-Mail geschickt in denen mir gesagt wird es kümmert sich jemand, jedoch warte ich seit 3 wochen darauf. Ich muss diese komplette Bestellung bezahlen obwohl ich sie nicht behalten möchte.
Fazit ist nie wieder Pullandbear!!

Nog geen ster waard laatste contact 17 juni en nog steeds geen terugbetaling. Artikel waarvan zij verkeerd zaten twee verschillende schoenmaten opgezonden, is al teruggegeven. Steeds krijgen we antwoord dat onze case in behandeling is…. We zijn nu alweer bijna een maand verder. Denk dat het dieven zijn!!!!!

Pull&Bear is my go to shop when I need a fresh pair of mom jeans. At first I was anxious if the size 32 jeans will fit me cause I am a pretty small and fit girl, but the jeans fit and I was happy.If your ~1,58m then I recommend you choose the option petite, cause thats what work the best, fits perfectly and is not too long like the standart cut. The tops I have ordered were nice too.
