Empresa horrible.

Esperé casi un mes por un pedido muy grande que se retrasaba constantemente, sólo para que me dijeran que no se podía entregar sin ninguna prueba ni razón. Siempre había alguien en casa, y una parte del pedido ya había llegado, así que no hay ninguna razón válida por la que no se hubiera podido entregar.

Luego, Pull&Bear declaró que no hay manera de que yo reciba mi pedido una vez que «ha sido devuelto» (Pull&Bear lo canceló, creo que incluso están mintiendo que fue enviado en absoluto). No me dieron opción de recogerlo en mi tienda más cercana, cosa que preferí no hacer, ya que la última vez hubo muchos problemas para recibir mi pedido en esa tienda, pero lo haría si fuera necesario.

Ahora, Pull&Bear sigue aplazando el envío de una hoja de reclamacion, se niega a dejarme hablar con un gerente, y se niega a tratar de encontrar opciones para que yo reciba mi pedido. Patético (e ilegal).

terrible service and very VERY rude staff.

I went today to buy some clothes with my cousin. As soon as I walk into the changing room, no one was there to advise us and let us into a changing room. So I walked inside to see if there was someone around the corner and then immediately a woman with black hair and a black skirt on said to me "I didn't say YOU could walk in" I thought that was extremely rude and then she asked me how many pieces I had and I said 5. I go into the only available changing room and there were clothes left in there from the past person. I finish trying everything on and I bought everything I tried on as well. I left and I realised I left my jacket in the changing room. I go back to pull&bear and tell the member of staff that I had left my jacket, she tells me to follow her and she opens the curtain to that changing room but obviously someone was in there at that moment trying on clothes! So she was super upset that the member of staff barged through. I thought that was very unprofessional and she should have asked if it was vacant. So as we wait for the woman to finish she says " by the way you left a bunch of clothes there" and I said "no that was there when I first walked in, I bought everything I tried." And she gave me a dirty look and walked away. By the way this woman had a white T-shirt on and black hair too. And also another woman who was working there said I left clothes there too and I said the same thing I said to the other woman. All three of them never apologised to me as they accused me of leaving a mess. The service was horrific and I will never buy from that particular pull and bear again. Very rude members of staff and I hope they lose their jobs!

Pull and bear Mary Street is the worst…

Pull and bear Mary Street is the worst to click and collect, no staff at all , there click and collect machine didn't work, I finally found someone and that person couldn't even help me, it's an absolute nightmare ,I waited for nearly 30 mins to collect an order, it's ridiculous, if you can't deal with it , just don't have a click and collect

Keine Kulanz und schlech geschultes Personal

Ich habe einen Gutschein geschenkt erhalten. Dieser ist abgelaufen und wird seitens Pull&Bear nicht verlägert. Aber Gutscheine können ja gar nicht ablaufen.
In der Filiale wurde ich online verwiesen, online verweisen sie mich an die Filiale.
Auch die Wordings in der Kommunikation finde ich sehr unpassend. Wahrscheinlich ist das Personal einfach so schlecht geschult.

Pull and bear - extreme poor company there is literally no way to contact customer service. It has taken me four days to try to return one package worth 50 USD. This is engineered for maximum profits while killing the Earth. F u. Like people who profit off war vile

This website is horrendous

This website is horrendous. After trying three times to pay for a pair of sneakers, I get a confirmation email saying that the sneakers would be delivered in 4 months. Really? Of course, they don’t tell you that until you pay for the merchandise. No way to contact them either. Terrible customer service—don’t shop here!

AVOID

ordered item on the 14th of feb due for delivery on the 21st no item revealed 3 weeks later blaming the courier company item was not sent by provider customer service apalling for such a well known brand id expect the bare minimum all i got was “we’re reviewing your case” stay away as i’m awaiting to receive my refund

Habe die Ware nie erhalten. Telefonisch nicht niemand erreichbar. Email antworter keiner. Virtueller Assistent ist Müll und WhatsApp Funktion antwortet auch niemand. Geld weg aber keine Ware da. Müll.

AVOID! You’ll NEVER get a refund!

One star is being generous!
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Wish I saw everyone else’s comment before ordering!
No item 3 weeks later even though paid extra for next day delivery! No refund no item just “we’re reviewing your case!” No other retailer works as crap as this robbing company!!!

Richtig schlecht!
Ich habe zwei Pullover bestellt, diese wurden angeblich auch verschickt. Nach einer Woche kommt eine Mail, dass ich einen Rückgabeantrag gestellt hätte und dieser nun abgeschlossen sei.
Ich habe den Artikel nicht zurückgegeben, ich habe ihn ja noch nicht mal erhalten. Pull & Bear hat den Verkauf storniert und behauptet, ich hätte den Artikel in einem Geschäft zurückgegeben.
Nie wieder...

Leider muss ich einen Stern geben

Leider muss ich einen Stern geben, aber selbst dieser ist nicht verdient. Der Versand der Ware war durchaus schnell, jedoch ist eine Rücksendung nicht möglich. Seit Tagen versuche ich Teile der Bestellung zur Rückmeldung anzumelden, was aber absolut nicht machbar ist. Weder per WhatsApp Chat noch über die angegebene Email Adresse (Telefonnummer gibt es ja gleich gar nicht) bekommt man Antwort. Unterirdischer Service!

Het retourbeleid is een drama

Het retourbeleid is een drama! Het is heel erg onduidelijk en waar je ook naartoe gaat, Post.nl of DHL, de QR-code krijgen ze niet gescand. Je moet heel erg veel moeite doen om de zooi terug te kunnen sturen en je geld terug te krijgen. Ik koop hier nooit meer.

Coral And Lattavia who worked in Stratford Westfield…

Coral who worked in Stratford Westfield went above and beyond to help me find a product I could not find online. I have met her multiple times in the store…she is always smiling, happy to help customers and very kind & friendIy to everyone. I was very impressed with the service I received. As well as Lattavia. An amazing assistant in the store. Quick response, friendly super helpful and very very hardworking - If I didn’t see her on the till area, she is always folding clothes on the shop floor. “The customer service at this company is excellent.. I would recommend and really happy to visit the store- Anytime. Thank you so much for your services.

Appalling customer service!

I ordered some shorts from this company. Arrived and they had a sale label on them reduced to a much lower price than I paid plus label cut out so clearly a second! The Customer Service was appalling. I asked for a Manager to call me and he said he had requested it but they might not bother! I returned the second hand item but this in itself was a fiasco with them only giving a QR code not a label which the Post office wouldn't accept! Please do not waste your time or money. They did not have any customer care whatsoever!

THE WORST COMPANY EVER

THE WORST COMPANY EVER! l placed an order this January 2023 and waited over a month for it. They had to cancel it and resend me the same order which l have been waiting for for the past 3 weeks. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! NO FEDEX TRACKING NUMBER IS PROVIDED AND THEY TELL YOU TO CONTACT FEDEX TO LOOK FOR YOUR PACKAGE. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN WILL BE SHOPPING WITH THEM.
