Pase 2 horas en la web de la marca comprando 200 euros en prendas para que una semana después me digan que no tienen stock.
Para ellos, 2 horas no son nada, pero en hora de trabajo, me hicieron perder 300 euros.

Leider kann man null Sterne geben! Wollten eine Hose im Sales kaufen, die bereits zwei Mal vergünstigt war. Nach ewig langen Wartezeiten bei den Kabinen und an der Kasse., wollte uns die Dame dort den vollen Preis berechnen, obwohl die Hose vergünstigt ausgepreist war. Sie war weder zum Gespräch noch zu einem Kompromiss bereit und sagte des öfteren laut, ob ich die Hose denn nun zahlen würde...was super peinlich war, denn natürlich will ich die Hose zahlen, aber natürlich zu dem Preis, der darauf steht. Traurig solche Methoden!!!!

had een wijde joggingsbroek gekocht hier. (besteld) en deze broek is oneven. de ene kant is 5cm langer dan de andere. NIET HIER BESTELLEN!!! bij pull and bear is het handig als je of in de winkel kijkt en het past. ik denk dat het beter is dat je hier NIET komt. ook staat hij in de winkel voor 40 en online voor 15?
Keine Rückgabe - digitaler Kassenbeleg ist nicht angekommen
Ich habe in einer Filiale einen Mantel gekauft. Leider konnte er nicht anprobiert werden. Ich zahlte ander digitalen Kasse mit EC und gab für den Kassenbon meine Handy Nr. an. Ein Kassenbon ging aber bei mir nie ein. Der Mantel ist ungetragen und alle Etiketten am Artikel noch dran. Eine Rückgabe in der Filiale hatte keinen Erfolg. Der Mitarbeiter war sogar ausgesprochen unfreundlich. Über das Helpdesk versuchte ich weiterzukommen. Da ich in einer Filiale gekauft hatte bekam ich eine Email Adresse an die ich mich wenden könnte. Nach einigem Schriftwechsel sollte ich die Filiale nennen, meine Bankverbindung, wann gekauft, Kopie der Abbuchung etc. Danach bekam ich die Nachricht, für eine Filiale wären sie nicht zuständig. Das wussten sie von Anfang an. Jetzt wurde 2 Wochen hin und her geschrieben ohne Ergebnis. "Nice to Help you" steht als Slogan über jeder E-Mail. Und am Ende "Wir danken Ihnen für Ihr Vertrauen". Geholfen wurde mir nicht, Vertrauen habe ich auch nicht mehr. Andere Geschäfte gehen kulanter mit ihren Kunden um und da werde ich zukünftig auch einkaufen.
Schade, dass es immer noch nicht keinen Stern gibt.

nel negozio alle befane di Rimini la cassiera è stata veramente poco professionale: mangiava davanti a noi, si lamentava di dover lavorare, era particolarmente lenta, ha mentito sul fatto che una felpa fosse scontata perché disinformata, ha sbagliato a dare il resto.

Buonasera, purtroppo mi trovo a dover recensire negativamente la mia esperienza. Ho effettuato un acquisto on line il 10-12-2024 con consegna prevista tra il 17 ed il 19 dicembre. L’articolo non l’ho mai ricevuto nonostante secondo la Vs azienda risultava consegnato il 17 alle ore 16:04. Nessuno ha mai citofonato ne contattato telefonicamente per la consegna. Ad oggi, nonostante innumerevoli chiamate senza mai risposta, innumerevoli mail (con le quali chiedevo spiegazioni ed indicazioni) alle quali ricevo sempre la stessa risposta, pre impostata, rassicurandomi della presa in carico della pratica, ad oggi NON HO MAI RICEVUTO quanto acquistato ne tantomeno il riaccreditò di quanto speso. Quindi assolutamente posa serietà ed INESISTENTE ASSISTENZA
Disgraceful Xmas returns policy
My 18 year old daughter purchased a Christmas gift (joggers) for her boyfriend in November 2024. She bought early as wanted to be prepared (it was her first Christmas buying gifts with her own money as she has her first part-time job).
However, unlike every other store the family bought from over Christmas, Pull & Bear do not extend their return period over Christmas! The joggers were too short for her boyfriend - they have not been worn, have all labels, etc.
My daughter had to work many hours just to afford these but now she’s out of pocket. These big companies should be ashamed of themselves - gives such a bad message. We will NEVER shop at P&B again!
The worst customer service I have ever received
I have been fighting for a refund from an item sent back in August 2024. That’s right it’s been 5 months. This company is incompetent at best, scammers at worst. Refusing to resolve my issue and essentially stealing my money. Stay far far away from this company.

I purchased an order over a month ago.
My order status has not been updated and is showing as in transit.
I contacted the company about this straight away as I need to make a return. They advised this has been escalated to be resolved to management as the order needs to be marked as delivered to initiate a return.
Subsequently I have had to contact them a further 9 times and nothing has been done.
You just get fobbed off by customer services and told to wait. They rufuse to raise a complaint and just give you the same answers, “we’re investigating this”. Not sure what there is to investigate.
Absolutely horrendous.

I have to order from website because I don’t have the specific store in my island.
My order was from 17/12/2024 and until today 7/1/2025 my order has not arrived yet even though the estimated delivery was from 27/12/2024 to 31/12/2024.
Apart from all this, the website does not show me where my order is and does not connect me in any way within the website, trying a hundred times with a code that it sends to my email, telling me that I am not entering something correctly.
Also, no email or anything has been sent to inform me about my order
Poor returns on damaged goods
Ordered some shoes for my son they arrived scratched and needed them for his first day back to school. I asked for the shoes to be replaced which they denied unless I returned the damaged shoes, which I would have done if he did not need them two days before he started school. I also asked for a discount with the idea that if I am having to accept these damaged shoes they would provide some credit but they also denied this. I will never purchase anything from them again!
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. Had a problem in store and the manager was no help, was told to go online and speak on WhatsApp customer service. Every time I get told “wait a moment” and 3 hours later I’m still waiting. It’s been well over a week. Do not shop in store or online.
Poor sizing and awful after sales service
Sizing completely inconsistent - ordered 2 t-shirts of the same size and one is much bigger than the other.
After this, trying to sort it out and get a replacement has been awful and Pull and Bear have been shambolic. Useless email service and trying to deal with the inept support staff that they have on WhatsApp has been painful - I cannot explain as to how useless they are.
Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service! I returned part of my order weeks ago and can see from the tracking that it was received by Pull and Bear on December 11th - over three weeks ago! Despite following up with their customer service team, I’ve had no resolution. The process is frustrating, as you’re essentially talking to a robot with no real support. I’m unlikely to shop online with Pull and Bear again, given how inconvenient their returns process is and the lack of customer care.

My review will be controversial no doubts, particularly reading the negative feedback below, but my first time ordering from them at the weekend for a leopard print denim skirt of theirs that I’ve had my eye on for a couple of months, will be nothing but 10/10. Plus the bonus being it was in the Sale reduced to more than half price. Hence, why I wanted to give them a review regardless.
I’m absolutely in love with it, I took their own advice on their Website and ordered a size up as apparently it comes up small (so glad I did and ordered the Medium instead of my usual size Small). The quality is SO, so lovely, and it fits me perfectly being a Size 10 Lady. (I was still abit worried that it wouldn’t).
I’m sorry that other posters haven’t had positive experiences in the past, but my first experience purchasing from them of an item of clothing I’m absolutely over the moon with has been nothing but good! Super quick delivery and informative of my tracking too!
So Thank You Pull and Bear; you have one very happy Customer here anyway!
