Appalling after sales customer service. Item purchased has failed to be delivered. Notified pull and bear who asked me to wait while they investigated. As per the tracking information they told me to contact them again if it wasn’t delivered the following day. It wasn’t. Now they want even longer to contact Royal Mail, the courier. They have stated they will not be a refund until they have investigated the situation with the carrier. There is no one you can speak to directly over the phone. It’s all done by WhatsApp and when they are through with the conversation they end the chat and threaten that by continuing the chat Will delay the whole process. Avoid at all costs. This was the first time and the last time I will be using this company.

Online order arrived with security tags on it. Eventually got past the phone ‘robot’ to speak to a manager in Cabot’s Circus, Bristol who was extremely rude. They wanted me to pay to return the item and then reorder and pay postage again. In the end a friend took it back to store for me as she was visiting Bristol, 100 mile round trip. The manager was again rude, didn’t apologise and then had the cheek to try and sell her a new carrier bag. Will never ever buy from them again! Shocking customer service. I hope the company owners read this review and sort their staffing issues!

Pido y pago un pedido, espero 2 semanas a que si quiera les dé por enviarlo y sacarlo del almacén para que cuando me doy cuenta me comunican que los artículos no estan disponibles, HABIENDOLOS PAGADO YA. Me parece una gestión terrible, y por más que he intentado presionar para que mandaran mi pedido me encuentro con esta basura de solución final. Esperar 2 semanas por un pedido, dejandolo pagado, y que me encuentre ahora con este percal, para la próxima directamente NO COMPRO, porque igualmente si compro no me llegan los pedidos. HORRIBLE

I placed an order for home delivery. Order went to despatch with tracking that didn’t work. Can’t track the item and it’s never arrived. iv been chasing a refund can’t get a response. Then Black Friday 28th November they had a discount on the item so re bought in 2 sizes to be delivered to store. Estimate of delivery is 6th December but has not yet been despatched. Now I’m chasing a second order both orders cost me £150 and havnt received either. Can’t obtain a refund. No one is responding. Iv been told to email a complaint Iv done that…….no response this is awful. Iv never known such awful service from a high street store. Taking money and not supplying goods disgraceful

De track&Trace wordt niet goed bijgewerkt, ze geven een afhaalpunt locatie aan waar ze zelf te laat voor zijn om te leveren want het afhaalpunt sluit om 17:30 en de mensen die er werken reageren de hele tijd met smiles na elke zin en voelt zo onprofessioneel en passief agressief. Ik vind het zo jammer want heb goed geld uitgegeven eraan maar ik weet niet eens zeker of ik de spullen ga ontvangen! ik durf gewoon na deze ervaring echt niet meer bij hun online te bestellen, de klantenservice was ook echt helemaal niks.

Recomiendo Pull&Bear porque siempre encuentro ropa moderna que se adapta a mi estilo. La tienda tiene varias opciones, prendas casuales o algunas más elegantes, todo a precios bastante accesibles. Me gusta que la calidad de las prendas siempre es buena y la atención al cliente es excelente, el personal siempre está dispuesto a ayudarme. Además, las colecciones cambian frecuentemente, lo que me permite descubrir cosas nuevas cada vez que visito. Sin duda, es una de mis tiendas favoritas.

Customer service is non existent! I ordered a hoodie that was supposed to be delivered over three weeks ago and still nothing. I wouldn’t mind if you could speak to an actual person instead of trying to communicate via text with a robot. Very poor from such a big brand.

Rücksendung unterschlagen
Ich hab eine Jacke in zwei verschiedenen Größen bestellt und beide haben nicht gepasst. Ich hab sie beide zurückgeschickt, allerdings haben beide Rücksendungen (achja hab die Jacken zwei mal bestellt daher wären das auch zwei Rücksendungen) einen identischen QR-Code bekommen. Somit hab ich nur eine Rückzahlung erhalten und die zweite Jacke wurde nicht registriert...bzw. hat der Kundenservice mir geschrieben, dass ich die Retoure nicht mit deren QR-Code gemacht habe, was Blödsinn is, denn den brauch ich ja zum Verschicken :/

1 ster is teveel. Bestelling geplaatst en betaald. Ze hebben toen zelf geannuleerd maar geen geld terug gegeven. Wanneer je contact zoekt krojg je steeds dezelfde automatische mail. We zijn inmiddels als heel wat weken verder en denk dat ik kan fluiten naar mijn geld.

Misleading price discrepancies
I recently placed an order with Pull&Bear (Order No. 20216048209) and received my items with price tags that were significantly lower than what I was charged on the website. Here’s the breakdown:
•I paid €39.99 for a black puffer jacket that has a €29.99 price tag.
•I paid €25.99 each for two grey jumpers, each tagged at €19.99.
•I paid €25.99 each for two black jumpers, also tagged at €19.99.
When I reached out for a refund on the price difference, I received a dismissive response pointing to the website’s price as “correct.” They even claimed the tag prices are “due to the item being sold in another country.” This excuse doesn’t change the fact that I was charged more than the price clearly displayed on the products I received.
This isn’t just about terms and conditions — it’s about transparency and fair pricing. Pull&Bear’s refusal to honor the price on the tags feels misleading at best and could be considered deceptive. No customer should have to pay more than the amount shown on a product, period.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this fairly, Pull&Bear continues to stonewall with policies instead of valuing customer trust. I am beyond disappointed, avoid this company if you value honest pricing and fair customer service!
