Adam was so incredibly helpful and talented

Sherlyn was brill great service overall :)

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing the infrared straightener from Sherlyn, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, Sherlyn provided outstanding customer service that truly went above and beyond.

Firstly, upon entering her store, I was warmly greeted by Sherlyn, who immediately made me feel welcome. What struck me was her genuine friendliness and attentiveness, not only towards me but also towards my children who accompanied me. She engaged with them kindly and even took the time to explain features of the straightener in a way that piqued their interest.

When it came to discussing the product, Sherlyn's knowledge and expertise were impressive. She patiently walked me through the benefits of the infrared straightener, highlighting its unique features and how it could meet my specific needs. Her explanations were clear and thorough, leaving me confident in my purchase decision.

Moreover, Sherlyn's customer service extended beyond the sale. She took the time to ensure I understood how to use the straightener effectively and provided helpful tips for optimal results. This level of care and attention truly made me feel valued as a customer.

Overall, my experience at PYT Trafford Centre with Sherlyn was exceptional. Not only did I leave with a fantastic product that exceeded my expectations, but I also left with a positive impression of the exceptional service provided by Sherlyn.
