Our hair queen Aliyyah was incredible, very friendly and happy and such a positive attitude. She took the time to help us and was incredibly knowledgeable. Thank you again 😊

All the girls amazing when it comes to curls 😍 Adam always goes above and beyond at getting me an appointment!!! Excellent customer service!

Thank you Adam for helping me today. I have always tried to curl my hair unsuccessfully. Great straighters thanks very much Tracy

Martha provided great service. Love my hair thank you 😃 my new hairdresser could buy tell that it was a halo 😀 feel amazing thank you .

Was approached by tubaa who styled my hair and sold me on buying this product honestly changed my hair in many ways no damage my split ends have disappeared. Great customer service have recommended to all my friends

Bought a straightener a week ago, my hair feels so much healthier! Was served by tubaa, her service was great! thanks!

Visited again today, once again great service. Thank you Tuba, we will be back again.

Excellent service. Good knowledge of the product. My daughter was very happy to get her hair curls.

Amazing experience today having mine and my little girls hair curled in the Trafford Centre by Aliha. Very impressed with the product and can’t wait to try it for ourselves. Seems much easier and quicker than any other hair curling tongue I’ve ever used and I’ve used them all!

Aliyyah styled the extensions on me and shown me the difference the halo extension made to the thickness and length of my hair! Super good customer service will be coming back next week to get them

Derya was so helpful made me feel pretty showed me how to curl with a straightener and curler. Was really sweet and caring thank you

aliyyah has shown me a great experience with the PYT hair curler and would love to buy one

Very poor experience. They advertise the PYT curling wands and use these whilst curling your hair but give you a much cheaper version (which we only realised when we got home).
Very disappointed and would never have expected to find such a company scamming customers trading at the Trafford Centre.
Customer service was very patronising, accused me of shouting when he was the one talking over me. Not a nice place to deal with.

** Following on from the reply from the company - this was not a mix up - they 100% know what they’re doing. Very obnoxious place trying to scam people. Also - very rude staff laughing at me whilst I was walking past to her colleague (the one who scammed us). Very disrespectful and unprofessional company. **

Aliya and aleeha were soo sweet and cute were so helpful and sweet xx

Had my hair done by Marta in the Trafford centre this evening, it looks absolutely amazing and Marta was very experienced and knowledgeable in the products

I’m so happy I bought my straightener from here, and Monica was so friendly and kind to curl my hair in a busy day! Best customer service!! Love them ❤️
