As a fairly new customer I had to do a bit of 'routing' around to now who to contact re technical support. Contact has been responded to with in a good timeframe and and been helpful and polite

Prompt response and answered the question asked.
My experience wasn't a bad one, but I believe the turn around time for resolution of issues can be better instead of 24hrs resolution, it should be in minutes, because that's what bring every customer coming back. Quick TAT.
