Outstanding Support & Excellent System…

Outstanding Support & Excellent System – Highly Recommend QCS

At Cleeve Lodge, we have used QCS for many years for their policies and procedures, and we recently upgraded to their Audit Centre. The software itself has a very thoughtful, intuitive, and easy-to-use interface, which has made our paper-to-digital transition smooth and efficient.

What has truly stood out, however, is the exceptional support we have received from the QCS team. The level of time, care, and genuine effort they have invested in training us has been outstanding. Tyree has even visited our home in person to sit with our staff and guide them through the system step-by-step, ensuring everyone feels confident and supported.

We have also greatly benefited from Barry’s expert guidance. His insight as a former Registered Manager has been invaluable, helping us understand not only how to use the system, but why certain functions and processes matter for good governance and compliance.

QCS has gone above and beyond for us, and we are extremely grateful. We highly recommend their services to any care provider looking to strengthen quality, efficiency, and compliance.

Rachel at QCS was an incredible help to…

Rachel at QCS was an incredible help to the team from start to finish. Using Rachel's help we were able to get our paperwork together painlessly, prepare for our interview using the mock interview service and secure our CQC registration on the first attempt with no delays. Thank you to the entire QCS team - we will be sure to recommend the service to others.

Great Customer Service

I called the customer experience team with a query as we are new to QCS and Christopher was great at explaining what i needed to do and also followed up in an email what we had discussed and attached guidelines. Christopher also offered the 30 min teams session for additional support, which is a really good offering to help me learn how QCS can help the business achieve its goals.

Learning to be a power user

As an employee who is getting to learn the system as a power user I find QCS staff are always on hand and happy to help. Nothing is too much, no matter how big or small the issue they are always supportive and patient. I cannot recommend them and the system enough. Everything you need to be compliant is right there for you.

Great support from customer support team

Had a slight issue logging in so I called the support number and was helped by Becky. She was able to get me back on track in no time, very friendly and professional, thank you. Once logged in I managed to navigate the system easily. Thank you Becky.

Getting to grips with new things

I had a few issues with working my way around the software, however the support I have received has been very helpful and they are really polite (even when I have had to ring more than once a day!!)

Care Cover Limited

Our organization uses CareBeans for care planning and client management. While the platform has helpful features for organizing care plans and tracking updates, we’ve recently faced challenges with system responsiveness and user accessibility. Some functions give the carer a problem in terms of adding incident report but the carebeans mentioned that if might cause the internet connection.

Additionally, communication and response time from support could be improved — it sometimes takes a while to get assistance or clarification when issues arise especially at night as we are a 24hrs business.

But overall, Carebeans give us a good service.

hen I'm stuck and needs support I always email with my question. The response time and advice is always helpful and fixes my dilemma.
