James was hugely helpful
James was hugely helpful. Let me know that the product I wanted was currently out of stock and offered to reinburse my money immediatly or get it to me as soon as it became available. True to his word he sourced it and sent it.
His honesty and customer service was truly appreciated.

Resposta da Quality Poles
Hi
Thank you for your review.
Beach towels are thinner than a bath towel as a thin towel is easier to dry and lighter to pack into a bag.
A beach towel is typically larger than a bath towel which also makes the lightness of the towel even more important.
The towels should not shrink if the correct washing instructions are followed and it is a good idea to air dry the towels instead of using a tumble drier as there will be less exposure to heat.
There are ways to reverse the shrinkage of a towel which can be found online which may help to return the towels to the correct size.
Thank you

Resposta da Quality Poles
Hi
Thank you for your review.
Almost all of the duvet cover sets that we supply will be creased as they need to be folded into the packaging.
For the quality issue, the Serene Cavali duvet cover set that you have ordered is made from 100% polyester which usually feels worse than a polycotton blend or 100% cotton.
The Serene Lara on your order is a polycotton blend duvet cover set and that is normal for most bedlinen at this price point.
I would recommend a duvet cover set made with a higher cotton blend to achieve a more quality feel, with the same choice for bedsheets.
We can communicate with the supplier if you have any specific technical issues so you won't have to keep any unsatisfactory items.
Thank you
Regards

Fast delivery, great product.
Fast delivery, great product, everything you need to make a Roman blind (apart from fabric!) and a smooth operation once up, fairly easy to put up and clear instructions. Thank you.
