I ordered the wrong size of curtain rings and immediately placed another order for the correct size. Customer service replied very promptly to my email and issued a refund. My curtain hooks arrived within a few days and were well packaged. Thank you.

Service at its best....
Because of a manufacturing issue the curtain rings I received were not the correct size. But that was not a problem for James who went above and beyond to find us the correct rings. He spent a weekend searching through the warehouse looking for a match and found us 6 rings that matched our existing ones. I can't thank him enough for saving the day. I would not hesitate to recommend James and Quality Poles.

Swish corded curtain track
The Swish corded curtain track ordered, was delivered on time, undamaged. Does the job. Bit tricky to install, but will buying another for a second room which I assume will be easier as we understand the process now.
