Totally unsatisfactory

Logged on for Celine Dion concert. No indication of wait time / members in queue. Didn’t get to the main site before the event closed - 2 days later - despite being a preferred customer. Second hand tickets came on the market almost immediately so whilst it controls flow it certainly doesn’t control bots or illicit users. Wont wait in a queue where they are involved again.

Once you leave the protected page or return to the queue after being let in, your original position can no longer be held. Queue-it controls access to the site, but seat selection and navigation within the booking flow are handled by the ticketing provider. Going back to choose a different seat can sometimes require rejoining the queue, depending on how the event is configured.

Really bad experience this morning with them when trying to get sidemen tickets

Joined the Que early and was given a spot a 20,000

Great the venue is 60,000

The site wouldn’t give me tickets for two people. Only one person

Which also failed to go to basket.

I have screen shots aswel.

Pokémon Store Event

According to the instructions provided, users should be able to transfer their queue position to another device by registering their email address and rejoining the original position by clicking the link sent by the system. However, this did not work as described. When I used the link, I was required to rejoin the queue from the beginning instead of returning to my original position.
After contacting Queue-it support to resolve this issue, I was informed that they were unable to provide any assistance.

However, this can fail if the session has expired, the link is opened in a different browser context (for example, private/incognito mode), cookies are blocked, or if the event’s queue setup doesn’t allow session restoration after a certain point.

No se por qué la empresa HSN confía en esta web para realizar su lista de espera en Black Friday. He entrado esta mañana y después de esperar un minuto que realmente son 2-3, dan acceso pero te hacen esperar otros 2-3 minutos porque supuestamente, hay mucho tráfico.
Cuando me dan acceso, me lo dan un segundo y vuelven a sacarme a lista de espera.
Desesperante HSN! Cambiad o no hagáis estas chorradas tan absurdas!!!

Regarding your friend getting tickets before you: in some setups, the organization using Queue-it chooses to add a pre-queue before the actual queue opens. When that happens, everyone who joined before the official start time is randomized into the queue to ensure no one gets an unfair advantage by, say, refreshing early, having faster internet, or using a bot. That could explain why someone who joined slightly later ended up ahead. But again, hard to say exactly without knowing which waiting room you're in.

Went online this morning bang on 10am for V and A tickets (the release time) - in a queue (that only told me it would more than an hour) until 8.15pm - when I got through got the exact date and time I wanted (much to my surprise) - this site needs many more customer portals - and like everyone else is saying queue sh@t

How many people are allowed through at once—and how many portals or booking spots are available—is determined by the organization using Queue-it based on their system capacity, not by Queue-it itself. That said, we understand how important a smooth experience is, and we regularly work with our customers to help improve it.

Regarding the wait estimate, Queue-it shows “more than an hour” when wait times get longer than that because the estimate can change significantly, especially if the event organizer adjusts how quickly people are let through. It is a tradeoff, though. It's best to be as informed as possible. But we've chosen to keep the message general for waits over an hour to avoid setting wrong expectations, rather than giving a number that could swing wildly.

For Barcelona it was circa 140k

Plenty of tickets available on the tout websites, a quick check of Discord and there is tons of BOTS available to download

We know it’s frustrating to see tickets pop up on resale sites right after, but it's worth noting that many of those listings are speculative. In a lot of cases, the seller doesn’t actually own the tickets—they only try to buy them once someone purchases from them on the secondary site.

I will write to every single institution who uses this pile of shite to stop doing so - absolutely non friendly for disabled people and gatekeeping vital services from them due to shambolis queue that says estimated waiting time 3min, then goes up to 15min and there is still wait after half an hour. Honestly, I don't know if Queue-it is a virtual waiting room or a social experiment in testing human patience. Every single time — every single time — I’ve had to use it, it’s been a complete disaster. Not once have I gotten to the end of a queue and thought, “Wow, that went well.” Instead, I’m left staring at a never ending queue, like some kind of digital purgatory.

Never had a chance to buy tickets. Greeted with a blank page with this title on the tab (first attachment).

Trying to access my queue number from another device showed the page depicted in the second attachment.

Trying to access my queue number again from the first device resulted in the page in the third attachment being displayed.
