For the 4th time in a row, I can't buy tickets to a Benfica match. My turn in the queue arrives and the screen gets completely blank. Other times it just redirect me to the homepage of the website instead of the tickets area.

Repeated failure
Got the notification, heard the sound, waited patiently - and nothing happened. Integration with the sellers site horrible. Tried multiple times, on different IPs - failed again "not found"

2 times in line for Euroleague F4 tickets, 2 times for over 1hour, 2 times you will be directed to the site, 2 x not found. very frustating!

useless queueing software. you don't line up before opening just for the staff to randomize which person goes in first. ever since, it should be first come, first serve. to add, it can be easily bypassed by software and leave others who patiently queue without tickets. i will forever hate this system and you can count on me for that.

i was in a queue for 1 hour to acces a site to buy the kendrick concert tickets and when it was finally my turn i was redirected to the site continuously for like 2 seconds and then i was sent back to the queue page and they told me my waiting ticket wasn’t valid. this happened twice and i got so frustrated i gave up on the concert.

horrible, waited for morethan an hour for the battlefieldbeta and i had 15 minutes to accept it, it chimed, i pressed accept, told me i had to requeue, reset me, now i have to wait anther day, this the abosulte WORST system to do ANYTHING with, if youre thinking about using this system YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL HATE YOU, use this system if you are a fan of things not working, screw this thing, idk why ppl use this terrible thing when everyone hates it. screw this entire system

I had an absolutely fantastic experience! I was waiting in a queue for several hours to access my annual tax information on Skat.dk. The option to add my email and receive a notification when it was my turn to log in was a game-changer. It saved me so much time and ensured I didn’t lose my place in line, even when I wasn’t at my computer. A seamless and highly efficient system.

This site is pure shite. The system should be banned. Newcastle United ticket selection the worst ever designed. Extra review by reqyest of Que..... I have to say my experience with Que is solely based on the allocation of tickets with Newcastle United. You enter a virtual website and and are told you have to wait an hour or more to see if your successful. You have no idea how many tickets are on sale and you can wait a very long time not knowingif tickets are left or not. You are NOT in a queue where you are informed there is NO tickets left. You are informed if you are successful you will be notified within two days and then have a time slot to purchase tickets. I have contacted Newcastle United as a Mags member and showed my disgust like many others. I was informed by Newcastle United they select ticket allocation randomly. This is not a Queuing system at all and many believe with Newcastle United the system is a con trick to get Mag members to pay just under 50 pounds just to apply for a vacant seat. If your in a genuine queue its first come first served then you should be informed whether you have a ticket or not. If no tickets are left you should be informed rather than wait on a virtual website. Newcastle United told me I never applied but I had TWICE for the same game Liverpool in December. So I visited the box office for answers, only they could not give any advice. On further investigation Newcastle United still had tickets left for this game and were on sale at inflated prices. Its simply wrong or fraudulent regarding ticket allocation. I am writing to the Sports Minister to complain about allocation and sales practice of Que in regards to Newcastle United. As I have said to Newcastle United this practice is open to corruption and should be stopped.

Your wait is more than one hour, your wait is more than one hour, it starts to go down your wait is 40 minutes and then, 46, 53, and lo and behold it goes back to over an hour. How dare The National Gallery use such a poor system. Shame on them.

I think a lot of time people have bad experiences and lack of trust with websites doing pre-sales. Anyway, whoever gets this, just thought I'd leave a positive review after getting my tickets!

I wanted to get tickets for Boiler Room and saw I was placed in an online queue from Queue-it.
As an avid festival goer and sports fan, I have plenty of experience with ticket sales online - usually it's a disaster as pages break or are unresponsive, and you're left wondering if you made it or not.
Not the case here. You get a number and can see your progress, i.e. how long it's gonna take till it's your turn to get the tickets. I was a little sceptical at first since the estimated waiting time was an hour, but I trusted what was being communicated on the waiting page, and everything turned out to work fine.
Got the tickets eventually. No crashed site, no re-loading, just some waiting.

Went to buy tickets from stmirren.com and queue it page got its knickers in a twist, kicked me out after waiting 20 minutes even though it said "It is your turn
You're almost there. You will be redirected to the website as soon as possible."... rejoined the queue and 300 people in front of me. After waiting another 30 minutes tickets all sold out. Waste of time!
Spectacular and I mean spectacular failure with the Liverpool Football Club ticketing sales that Queue-it manage... LFC had to suspend their sales today to 10,000s of supporters. Most had taken time off to buy these tickets, just poor from the providers and poor from Liverpool FC to allow this to continue. Time to move on...
Never seen something work bad like this. I’ve been in the site for hours to take a ticket, when time arrived the page told me there was an error, now I’m behind 85000 people in the queue… I programmed this trip for months
