Excellent customer service!
Throughout the entire experience, I received excellent customer service. Particularly from my diganostic guy Shane, and also the repair guy Jordan Parsons (Badge id 5269), who went out of his way to drive and pick up steering fluid, to then return to me and get the job completed. Absolute legends - thank you guys.

Very positive experience
The RAC mobile mechanic, Denver, arrived on time and carried out a full service on my 15 year old car. He was efficient, communicative and answered all my queries. He gave me detailed feedback on what he had done and was very polite. I feel confident now that my car is in a safe condition. All in all, a very positive experience.
