Easy to order online. But delays in delivery.
Easy to order online. Quoted 1 to 2 days delivery. On day 2 I got a courier message (DX) that my package would arrive between 0800 to 1800, so I stayed home all day. The package did arrive in the afternoon... package no.2 of 2. The driver told me package 1 would arrive the next day
... day3. So, stayed on again. No parcel arrived, and no communication. So late on day 4 I emailed Racking Solutions. I was then notified that DX were returning package no.1 to the company as it was damaged, and that replacement package would be sent in 1 to 2 days. That did arrive, so now on day 6. By this time I was on holiday, so to date the job of shelving is on hold.

Every order so far has arrived short of parts.
The racking was fine - when it arrived. My first order arrived four parts short. Customer service was brilliant, despatching the missing parts which arrived next day. So I ordered more racking. The second order came two parts short. This time it took 4 or 5 working days for the parts to come, which was frustrating. RS need to employ packers who can count to four.

I could have bought cheaper
I could have bought cheaper, less sturdy options available from the usual Chinese providers but I chose not to and I'm glad I did. Easy to construct even for a DIY muppet like me plus v. sturdy. Would recommend.

Racking arrived damaged
Racking arrived damaged.
A replacement part was delivered right away.
Replacement part arrived even more damaged.
No response from customer services.
So now I only have 5 out of 6 racks that are usable.

Unfortunately, we have not been notified of the damage to the replacement part or received a further request for replacement parts. If you could please contact us directly, we will action this as a priority and arrange the necessary replacement as soon as possible.
We understand that you are currently unable to use the final shelf on the unit. The 1 x long beam that is currently missing from your order, which is required to complete the last shelf, can also be sent out to you as soon as possible.

This company hides behind B&Q
This company hides behind B&Q, and uses DX Couriers. Never get a straight answer, can’t be bothered to chase up late deliveries till customer complains and FAILS to get your order to you in time, on time and replacement of damaged order by courier is just as slow.
