I think this brand sends a message of…
I think this brand sends a message of embracing individuality and being different. It. Has truly inspired me to find my confidence and get healthy. I’ve been through three pairs of runners and lifters and I can say that they most definitely are the best shoe in the game.
no shoes and no service
Shoes are always out of stock but they'll still spam you with emails 32 times a week. ...WHY???? Take that energy into having a product? Their laces holder on my shoes also ripped out on WEEK ONE of wearing them and their customer service was SO RUDE and unhelpful. Spend your money elsewhere; this company is terrible.

Best fitness shoes around
Best fitness shoes around. I bought the cross trainers for CrossFit and also the runners (RS-1). I loved both so much I bought another pair of each to have back ups. I highly recommend buying RAD sneakers (both the cross trainers and the runners). I did order a half size bigger than usual and they fit perfect.
Great customer service
Great customer service. Sometimes deliveries go wrong and Bami and the team at R.A.D. responded with class when their courier let them down in my case. These guys go the extra mile to ensure their customers have a positive experience. This is a special business.

No stars would be better - very rude and condescending customer service
If I could give no stars I really would…
Purchased. My partner purchased a pair of trainers for me as a present to complete my first hyrox event in , he is an emergency service worker and has the pro account therefore he is entitled to a discount code. He purchased these shoes for me.
When the trainers arrived I wore them and they were very uncomfortable I thought this could be due to them being new , I wore them plenty of other times and they were still uncomfortable to the point I ended up getting plantar fasciitis.
I then sent an email to the RAD customer service and explained this and asked if something could be done due to me not being able to wear the shoes anymore , they seemed more focused on the fact that I emailed rather than my partner than the actual issue with their shoes being uncomfortable , I explained my partner got these shoes , he paid for them for me as a present, they again sent email moaning about the fact that he used the discount code to buy me shoes, I explained to them I was also an emergency worker and that it didn’t make sense having two pro accounts and that I don’t see the issue as he is the one that purchased the shoes for me as a present and that he used his discount code, however they focused on this rather than trying to help me with my return and simply refused to deal with ie because he used the discount code for me.
I explained I don’t understand what difference that makes to the point they then send a very rude and condescending email back saying ‘I don’t know how many times I have to tell you’ which is very rude me uncalled for, there suppose to be a business and they are speaking to their customers like this and aren’t willing to help at all.
From reading other reviews it is clear that they are just rude and condescending business that don’t help anybody with returns or anything else.
If they continue to speak to their customers the way they do and be as unhelpful as they have been they won’t be a business for much longer.
Wouldn’t recommend these shoes not only are they uncomfortable their customer service is poor and I won’t purchase ANYTHING from them again.

Excellent Customer Service
Just took delivery of my first ever pair of RAD ones. Super excited to get these as I’ve heard great things about the brand! Outer box arrived like someone has ripped it open and it practically fell apart when I touched it. Inside was a RAD shoebox with a pair of Adidas Sambas inside!
I contacted customer service immediately who apologised and offered a replacement or refund as well as a free pair of socks for the inconvenience. They didn’t have to do that as it wasn’t their fault but they did and they were very helpful and supportive during the whole process. I would definitely recommend this company and can’t wait for my new trainers to arrive.

Great company, great customer service.
I've bought a few pairs of shoes from Rad and they've been great both times. One pair was just a standard purchase and everything went smoothly, but the second pair I bought had a minor defect that I thought would turn into a pretty major one over time so I enquired about a refund/exchange. I've honestly never dealt with a someone so helpful in customer service, I was a real pain, I actually ended up asking for an exchange, then purchasing another pair and THEN having to ask them if they could change the exchange to a straight refund as I'd already purchased the other pair. They were great with it, super helpful and I'd recommend RAD in a heartbeat.
Great at first....
It's a shame. These trainers were great for me at first, but my goodness how they went down hill fast!
£130 for shoes that have lasted me 5 months, the inside back of the heel has worn through, and the grippy sole has worn down.
I can't see how this is OK 5 months on and only used for gym work

Had an issue with a pair of shoes and I couldn’t be more impressed with how it was handled. Spoke with Steph in the support team and her help in resolving the issue was incredible. Really helpful, prompt replies to questions and super easy to deal with. Thank you Steph!
3 weeks delay without any info
I would like to share my experience.
I placed an order (n.45868) on 25th of June.
There was absolutely no update about my order until today, so it was already 3 weeks without any response and I am really scared.
I was thinking that ordering from official company will be much better than from Rogue Europe, but the opposite is true.
I am expecting that R.A.D will let me know ASAP.
Hopefully they will do something.
Beyond awful / RAD customer service is some of the worst you’ll experience
Beyond awful. 0 out of 10 if possible.
I ordered new R.A.D CrossFit shoes. I have bought from RAD before and had no issue. The shoes came and when tried on, there was a horrible piece of plastic in each heel slicing into the back of my heel. Clearly this wasn’t right as my previous pair were perfect.
Low and behold the customer service is shocking. 1 reply from them out of 8 emails of trying to get through to them to rectify the issue.
Online it says you can either get a refund or new pair sent to you. They only offer a refund. The reply I got was rather catty and I’m certain that if I send them back I won’t receive my money back.
This has completely put me off buying from RAD ever again.
Love my RADS but…
Love my RADS. Comfy and look good and are great for all round CrossFit - even running.
Only downsides are
1. I think they come in a tad small and would half size up next time
2. I’d never buy a light colour again as they get terribly marked at CrossFit, the black rubber floor against them means the trainers look old a week in. Mine have horrible black marks all over they that won’t come off and only had them a month.
Other than that they are nice but the company run out of stock very quickly and don’t seem to re-release a lot of popular designs/colours once they run out, which is a shame.
Great costumer service
Bought a pair of shoes, that had clearly been worn upon arrival, too bad since the shoes themselves were very nice. This was made up for by the best costumer service I've tried - Henry was his name, and he was fast to offer new shoes or refund and a free pair of socks.
A sad experience was turned into a very good one by his great help and I'm very grateful ! Will recommend :)
Amazing Customer Service Team
We went to Miami for Wodapalooza 2024 and attended the Danielle Brandon meet and greet. The last shirt in store wasn’t my preferred size but I had to have it! The quality of their t-shirts are amazing! I reached out to customer support and worked with Hannah on the exchange. She was amazing and we were able to get a shirt in the size I wanted. Honestly this was one of the best customer service experiences I have had! This is a great brand and will be a customer for life!
Ultimate Letdown: the RAD shoes that were a no-show
Overall, my experience with RAD Global has been deeply disappointing. Despite my initial excitement and willingness to support a brand partnered with DB, their lack of transparency and failure to fulfill orders in a timely manner has soured my opinion. I cannot recommend them based on my experience and advise others to proceed with caution when considering purchases from RAD Global. For context, below is a timeline of events experienced.
3/28/24: Order Confirmed
4/3/24: Shipment Confirmation received
4/10/24: Contacted RAD Support to inquire about the shipment status as tracking continues to show as "label created" from Arizona
4/12/24: RAD Response: they are investigating with their shipping partners
4/17/24: Contacted support again to ask for an update, or to have them cancel/return/exchange the original order and to reorder with a new shipment
4/18/24: RAD Response: apologized for the wait and offered to check if the order can still be cancelled and refunded (although I did not ask for that at all). I gave them confirmation that I didn’t ask for a refund and would still like the shoes I ordered.
4/19/24: RAD Response: informed me that their warehouse team confirmed the reshipment and to wait for it to arrive in the next couple of days
4/30/24: Contacted support as there is still no sign of the original order or the alleged reorder. At this point, I requested a full refund.
4/30/24: RAD Response: my refund request was ignored and I was instead informed again that the shoes "should have been already reshipped, but we're still waiting for the new tracking"
5/3/24: Contacted support yet again for any progress updates they could provide while simultaneously contacting my bank to dispute the charge from R.A.D. Global
5/7/24: RAD Response: completely ignored my prior message requesting a shipping update and asked me to "close the chargeback and let us know once done so we can process the refund"
Horrible
I ordered the DBE poster on 04/11/2024, and STILL have not gotten it. They won't respond to emails-just a generic "it will take 1-3 business days" and still on 05/07/2024 the situation has not been rectified. I still don't have a poster; I still don't have a refund just a headache from dealing with this. I don't want to eat the money, but as its going, it looks like I'm going to be out both product and money.
