They have excellent service
They have excellent service. I wrote the shipping address in the sender's address by mistake. As a result, the rakhi was delivered to me. Even after the mistake, they sent the rakhi on time to my brother.
Thank you Rakhi.com Team

Resposta da Rakhi.com.au
Hi Premavita,
Sorry to hear about a change of Krishan Rakhi without your permit. We know we were out of stock some rakhi on rush time, and we have to replace some rakhis. We tried our best to call as many customers as we can to notify them. Why we have to do that as our priority was to make sure your rakhi reach on time.
Please email me your order number with the issue on Rakesh@Rakhi.com so we will check and get back to you with the best response.
We are apologies for the inconvenience.
Thank you
