I enjoy getting cash back on my purchases. Having the browser extension so that it pops up when you go to a participating vender makes it even easier. I also enjoy when the refund percentages go up and when a quarter comes along and I get some bonus cash back!

I always get money back on all my orders. If there is a problem in one of the companies apps raktuken quickly verifies and puts the money into my account. It also feels great 👍 getting money back right into my bank account.

I like getting cash back on purchases I'm making anyway! I also have it on my computer so it alerts me when I'm on a site that I could use through their site.

I love rakuten. There are so many stores that are connected to them to allow cash back. I am now set up with direct deposit which is great. They have never missed a payment or I have never had any issues with them at all. I would highly recommend joining.

Taking back your VPN cashbacks after the 30 days is absolutely despicable.

Top cashback is way better than Rakuten

For most of my recent transactions, I've had to use the where is my cash back function and have had numerous instances where Rakuten claim that my purchase wasn't eligible (it was) or they received no record from the sellers website (I provided all necessary documentation). Are they hard up for revenue that they need to steal from members?

Their service is good and it has lots of good brands.

Easy, fast and reliable

The extra savings on purchases is greatly appreciated and allows one to be able to give something extra special when gifting. The only downside is the time or need for follow-up with some companies that are slow to acknowledge the purchase and subsequent bonuses.

Very good very perfect

Very easy to shop and a good variety of stores to choose from. I like that I get cashback vs credits of sort.

I have received some checks from Rakuten, so it works.

The company is quick to reply and usually ends up paying the funds, but that being said I find I have to follow up with about 70% of my purchases in order to get my funds.

All good with me.
2 main negatives.

1. Not a big deal, but twice now when I do something that is 100% cashback, you only give like 90% by default. I have to create a ticket to get it fixed.
Both times it was easy enough to fix, so no big deal.
2. The worse thing is that my wife once had a problem with you. And even after some back and forth you refused to give her the cashback that she was owed. She stopped using rakuten because of that experience, so I can't give you a great review with that still hanging there.

Never had a problem. Customer service excellent. Worth buying via this site.
