Hasn't been delivered...
The item i ordered said delivery for the 10th February but it's the 17th now and still no update on delivery. Just says in delivery.....
As I dont have the item I can't give a review on that.

Excellent product- delivery issue
Excellent product and fast delivery. Only issue was that restricted hours, for delivery site, was passed on to courier but not acted on so had to stay late to accept delivery.

Still can't purchase online from Scotland!
Still can't purchase online if you're in Scotland! Wasted hours putting together a large order for a new warehouse. Website states only free delivery to England & Wales but even with it showing a delivery charge to our address I can't 'place order'.
I'm in a similar industry and deliver large consignments all over the UK every day. Most couriers charge the same amount for the whole of mainland UK.
Was trying to place the order out of hours so can't call for a quote but either way, we're not interested in jumping through hoops to shop with you.

We appreciate your feedback and we understand your frustration with the delivery charges and the inability to complete your order online.
Our website algorithm isn't currently advanced enough to determine the dimensions of our products to allocate the correct delivery charge for orders outside of England and Wales.
To ensure the correct delivery charge is applied, our website pauses the order and asks our customers to contact us to allow us to get a precise delivery quote from our carrier.
We are looking at ways to advance our website to allow smooth transactions to Scotland for the future.

Ordered placed on the 29/1 and advised…
Ordered placed on the 29/1 and advised delivery would be made on Monday 2nd February, it didn’t arrive!
When followed up was told the delivery would be today-Wednesday 4th February and it didn’t arrive.
Latest update is delivery tomorrow-Thursday 5th February, a week after placing the order… not convinced, very poor delivery service!!

We have investigated the delivery failure in full and it shows there was issues with transmitting volumetric data from Rapid Racking to DX, this resulted in your goods not fitting on the vehicle.
This has been raised with the relevant teams at Rapid Racking and DX to avoid any future issues.
We understand the frustration this has caused, but we are pleased this has now all been resolved.

The parcel was torn open with parts…
The parcel was torn open with parts exposed and some damage. The driver appeared less than concerned, unwilling to even discuss my concerns. The only reason i gave 2 stars is after checking, nothing was missing, which is only down to luck. Some metal parts bent, chipboard shelves also damaged. Further update, although the delivery company was poor, i must admit Rapid Racking went out of their way to resolve the above issue, replacing the shelving entirely with a door to door delivery, ensuring it arrived in perfect condition. Now happy, but suspect RR lost money on the deal. Thank you for resolving and ensuring i was happy however.
