Placed what is probably a small order…
Placed what is probably a small order for 6 racks in all. Arrived very quickly and well packed. Upon opening realised that the packages had been labeled incorrectly. Got in touch which was easy and the the issue was resolved very quickly and satisfactorily.
Highly recommend using these lovely guys. will be back again.

Excellent service extremely happy I ordered the wrong side panel for my racking and I contacted them and the guy Nathan Turk help me by sending the right one and I offered to pay and he said it didn’t matter and sent me the right one and it came quickly I’d definitely recommend this company and the service and the cost was reasonable too thanks B&g taylormade from Mansfield Notts

Good, sturdy, but better unpainted.
Good, sturdy, but won't used painted again. I've used RR racks before many times, but this was the first time I have used painted. Far more of a pain to assemble, had to open out the lugs on nearly all the horizontals.

Let down by the delivery
The product is fine - we have ordered several times but the delivery is painful - cancellation at short notice and misleading e-mails about scheduling that required numerous calls and then when delivered dropped in a doorway and ran!
