Application was clear and easy to fill out. I called Rates.ca using the number provided and received my answers.
Rates.ca found 5 companies offering me travel insurance and I was able to choose a company within my price range. I have used Rates.ca on an earlier occasion also got great friendly service. I recommend this company.

Coverage is terrible
Coverage is terrible, to the point that I have had no service for most of the past 24 hours. Worse, is that there is no telephone line for customer service (you have to send messages and wait for them to respond). As a result, if you've lost connection, there is very little you can do. My suggestion is that you first try it in your home or workplace to make sure you're getting a stable connection, and then switch.

Had a hard time getting the “dots” to appear when answering questions. Didn’t respond when I pressed with my finger but finally managed to get a response when I only used my fingernail! Was very frustrating and took waay longer because if this.
