missing info
easy enough to communicate, but that was only stage 1 or step 1, and not a follow through to quote. I had asked on whether a photo camera speed ticket mailed to my home counted against my record. It was zero points, The rep did not know, and there was no follow up, so, i still don't know. It was something like 58 in a 40km zone.

I've got a response immediately, and multiple companies have reached out to provide their quotes for my car insurance. It was an easy and smooth transaction, and I did not need to redo the application multiple times for different insurance companies.

Prompt, professional in acquiring quotes & confirmation.
Customer service was great, prompt, they checked with the broker for the quote follow-up right away, although it didn't work out because the quotes weren't matched or better than what I already had. The whole experience was actually very quick and I had confirmation within the hour. So all in all, great service if you're looking for professionalism, promptness, and just getting the information you need.
