Not as advertised
Had 3 quotes done. When I got a call from them and gave all my information, the price would go up 1000$ a year. This is really frustrating as shoping for insurance is time consuming to start with. They also tranfered me to a broker where I waited on hold for 1 hour just to find out they were closed for the day.

Easy to use
The site allowed me to easily compare multiple quotes at once saving us almost $1000 per year on our combined auto insurance. The personnel were able to put me through the insurance company that we selected.
