Not as great fruit and vegetables what I was hoped to see. Some fruit old and not nice looking. Not going to order again from them. No apologie after receiving badly packaged parcel and with old and not nice looking fruit. I did get small refund but still not happy with the product at all.

We do apologise that the packaging wasnt to our usual standards, we have passed this information onto our packing team for future reference. We can see we did issue a full refund on the damaged items for you.

The black mark is their delivery people. Box got thrown over the gate ,NOT delivered to my parcel box by front door.

Real Foods great quality, reliable mail order
Real Foods are a great company. I use them for my own goodies and for sending yummy food parcels to my three daughters.
Great range of products, highly recommend the quality and range of organic and non organic items and food. Deliveries are always accurate, on time and free postage if you are main land U.K. and spend over £49. Easy to do! I love their easy to use web site.

badly treated by specific members of there staff
on 03/08/24.
After explaining my circumstances they could not
accommodate my request for instore collection of my repeat prior order which they stopped without email
or any kind of explanation.don't use realfoods

On the whole I'm happy
On the whole I'm happy with my order, dried foodstuff good quality and free delivery to highlands is especially useful, i tried ordering fresh apples for first time and sadly they had rotten and bruised areas but realfoods refund the cost without fuss so still happy and will definitely shop there again

Quality organic ingredients
Quality organic ingredients, delicious whole nuts and an ever increasing Gluten Free offering. Especially happy to see the Amisa bread range included! Ordering is easy, postage very reasonable and my order is always very securely packaged with recyclable materials. The only way it could improve is to open a shop down here in Yorkshire!

I have found that Real Foods stocks a number of organic foods that I cannot find elsewhere because some outlets keep on changing what they stock.
When I order my purchases are sent to me very quickly & invariably reach me within 2 days completing my order.
I often order things in glass containers & they arrive beautifully & safely packaged, avoiding plastics. This is very pleasing.
When I send an enquiring email I receive very prompt replies.
I am very satisfied with such good service.

We have looked into this and we can see you placed this order in June and that we also dispatched this order in June. In our terms and conditions under section 14 - DESCRIPTION OF GOODS, it does state ‘All other items will have a minimum of 2 months remaining of Best Before End dates.’
Great service
I have shopped with Real Foods on line for around a decade now. I have always found them professional, price competitive and efficient. No reason to change something that is far from broken. Great service
