It's not a SCAM
I was very apprehensive about doing this but it worked out ok. I thought it was a scam at first due ti the questiins they ask and the information they request, but it wasn't.
It all worked out in the end.

Having checked your Reclaimer account, I can see that we secured one refund offer for you, which the lender paid directly to your bank account.
We sent you an invoice for your successful refund, which was for 30% plus GST (33% in total) of the refund amount. We often explain that if you think of your refund as three coins, we charge one coin, and you get to keep two coins.
Many of our customers tell us that they didn't even realise their lender had charged them for these junk insurance policies, and so they are pleasantly surprised when we secure a refund offer.
We hope you are pleased with the refund we secured, resulting in a payment back to you for every cent you paid.
