Chaim Morgan is Amazing! Reimbursements Made Easy
Chaim Morgan gave us excellent details, insight, and overall process / procedure that led to use making the right decision to go with RefundSniper. The setup was very easy with guidance the entire way through by Chaim. Less than a week after everything was setup and documentation uploaded we received an email telling us we got over $600 in reimbursed payments. Really great team at RefundSniper, for those who do not have the time, resources, or knowledge of the inner workings of Amazon procedures for reimbursement - this is timesaving and has been very an incredibly positive experience.

Great experience working with Refund Sniper. They went back just a few years but collected many old payments for the company. They also do much of the work and are responsive. Can only recommend them highly.

Minimal effort required to save time and recover money.
This is the second time we have used Refund Sniper and the second account we have asked them to audit. Both experiences were above par. The entire process was simple and straight forward. Excellent customer service as well.

So far they have underperformed compared to expectations they set. Recovery rate has been a fraction (15%) of the low end of expectations.

Thank you for your review! As we noted initially, all the work we do is based on Amazon data... If the data shows you are eligible for reimbursements, we are going to get you reimbursed... We cannot get you paid for anything more than what Amazon owes you.... There are some averages that we mentioned in terms of what we have seen but there is no guarantees for anything.... it is all based on Amazon errors- when they make errors, we catch them and get them reimbursed.... I apologize if you feel your expectations were not met.

Refund Sniper has been a great company. They find money that Amazon owes you, and you only have to pay a percentage of what they find. Saves me so much time.
