We have shipped several loads with this company. Our rep Shane has always been very responsive and helpful in all aspects of the process. Their rates have also been the best in the market and they look for ways to save you on these costs. Amazing company, amazing customer service. Use them!

We booked Freight rate central, With shane who is absolutely Awesome. He follows the shipment threw out and anytime you call him he answers the phone. When we initially called him , he picked it up the next day and it came from montana to new jersey within six days. We highly recommend this company A++! Keep up the good work SHANE!

My company recently had a great experience with Freight Rate Central. We booked a total of 37 53ft trucks within a month and customer service was great!

We were charged twice the price, compared to the offer.
Their representative promised a refund , which never happend.

Getting quotes is easy and fast. Like the flexibility of choosing carriers. Sometimes tricky figuring out the freight class.
Occasionally have to follow up on the status of a BOL.
Otherwise everything has been pretty smooth and customer service has been very helpful when calling in.

So far so good! Have been in contact with Shane Black re our LTL. He is prompt, professional and friendly. Most of all he has so far delivered in a timely manner. Now we just wait for ETA on delivery side to see how things flow with transit.

Booking was easy and I received my bill of lading shortly after booking. The FRC team was helpful whenever I called to track my shipment that was delayed by 3 days :( I guess unavoidable in logistics these.

FRC tends to be very reliable and competitive with their prices. Sometimes I shop around and find a lower rate but not always. I've used them 5-10 times and have never had a bad experience.

I had a shipment from a warehouse that turned out to be a huge pain - the warehouse gave constant problems causing unsuccessful pickups (several times). FRC was great in that I could always get someone on the phone to help me reschedule or change destination seamlessly. Every FRC rep I spoke with was great and helpful.

Make sure you enter very precise details in qoutes before blaming them for price hikes ! Because it's your fault !

This company try to quote lower price on internet for freight booking once we confirm they raise price when they pick up this not enough, they even try to charge twice same charge by saying freight was weight higher where we know the weight of cargo so this fraud company do not use this company for your trucking needs.

Worst experience ever! Last September I had engaged FRC to move my household goods from the Atlanta area to somewhere near Chicago. I specifically mentioned verbally and in writing when placing the order that I needed the goods to be delivered a few days after the freight container reached Chicago as I wouldn't have possession of my new home until then. The person I interacted with assured me the container would be stored at a secure location until I was ready to receive them. Not only did they not put that into the contract, the truck itself never arrived, leaving me completely stranded and scurrying to find a new transporter at the last minute at exorbitant rates. In retrospect, that actually was a good thing as there wouldn't have been anyone to receive the goods since they had not put the delayed delivery requirement into the contract. They also made me buy huge quantities of blankets and ratchet straps to secure and protect my goods during transport. Plus I had to request friends to build a wooden ramp for loading the goods since their container didn't come with one. They had assured me the ramp available for rent at Home Depot would be sufficient for the purpose but I later discovered it was woefully inadequate. Although they refunded my booking amount, I had to unnecessarily spend $1200 to provision all materials, have the ramp built and pay for labor. This on top of the mental agony my family and I had to go through because of their mismanagement. I requested them and waited for a long time for them to make me whole with the money I wasted but they never bothered to respond.
