Refund Sniper has been a breath of fresh air. We've used many services and none were as thorough, nor were they as customer oriented as Refund Sniper is.

Thanks for your review! The reason we billed you $12 is because we reclaimed $41.18 in lost/damaged inventory in your account. According to the data in your account- those were all the eligible discrepancies. As we informed you prior to getting started, the only fee we have is the % based on successful reimbursements which is why you were billed the $12.
