This was my first time ever visiting the store the sales person I spoke with was Alyssa I spent a long time in the massage chair asking a lot of questions. And at no time did she make me feel rushed or like I spent too much time in the chair. We worked through all of my concerns and what I needed out of a chair. Once I finally settled on a chair.

After 2 weeks od holding money they canceled my order because it was my request - it wasn't.

The communication with Alyssa has been wonderful. She is very knowledgable and prompt with answers. I have not received the sauna yet, but will post again, as you have to pay up front for the sauna and am anticipating the delivery and being able to actually use it.
