This is the most terrible place to shop. Price is affordable but customer service is horrible. We even got threatened by the owner that he wants to put a lawsuit against us. Honestly, what is he thinking? The massage chair we were looking to buy, we were expecting a foot roller. Somehow the website and the receptionist (Allisa) told me that it has the up down and side to side foot roller massage. But it actually doesnt’t have, so with the misinformation leads us don’t want to buy it. Also the owner doesn’t even know his own product. When we mention that what we were looking for Panasonic foot roller massage, he says non of the Panasonic products have foot roller massage function. But is not true, Panasonic EP MAJ7K does have the foot roller massage. At the end the owner force us to pay 15% restocking fees, which is around $525. After he says that, he just hung up the phone. What kind of manner is this, I can’t believe it. That’s so crazy, it wasn’t our fault, I even called to confirmed the foot roller and the front desk lady (Allisa) have confirmed with the owner. And at the end the store wants to charge us for their own mistake. I thought to write this review for future customer who wants to buy massage chair from this shop. Do not waste your time you will be disappointed with their customer service.

I got next day delivery on a sauna, and i couldn’t be more impressed. The customer service is incredible and i got answers to every question i had. I’m very pleased with experience and i will be coming back to get a chair.

I wanted to buy an Infinity Massage gun and Relaxacare had the best price! I went to the Burlington location and they were awesome! Super helpful and friendly! I love the massager so much that I showed it to family and friends! Ended up buying a few more for others and they love the gun too!! It’s amazing!!! They even honoured the sale price to a friend who went in after the sale ended!! Great people!! I would definitely recommend them!

I purchased a gift for my nephew on the Relaxacare website. The browsing and checkout experience was very easy and I would get constant updates regarding the status of my order. I even received my shipment a day earlier than expected! I would not hesitate to shop with Relaxacare again in the future.

I just bought a massage chair from Relaxacare. I dealt wit Jason and his staff. They were great to deal with. I bought a demo that they had received. It is a massage pro RK8900. My wife loves it. They delivered it the next day. Because it was a demo, there was no box. Colin brought it up to my condo and set it up. He was very careful and very knowledgeable . Not a mark on this chair. I was also ok with the price. I would highly recommend this company. Also, I live in Thornhill and I drove to Burlington to purchase the chair.

I love browsing this site! They have so much stock. I’ve purchased a few things from Relaxacare now and am happy with all of it. Company has good communication and fantastic customer service.

Full of excuses and when you leave a honest one-star the owner proceeds to text you and get upset because you don't see eye to eye with him and claims my review is malicious. Owner needs to handle negative criticism in a better manner

I went into relaxacare showroom and bought the trumedic symphony. I absolutely love the chair and service I was provided,they gave great communication, quick delivery, assembled it for me, very knowledgeable about all their products! I reccomend relaxacare to anyone looking at massage chairs they have an answer to all your questions! Thank you Jason and Alyssa

Relaxacare have had my $3000 for almost a month. Still no sauna. Absolutely no help in tracking. Final I found the courier company in Saskatoon. I called them. Sure enough they have the sauna and had been trying to contact me. The problem was the Relaxacare provided them with the wrong phone number. They had tried numerous times to contact Relaxacare to no avail. So no sauna for Christmas.
Be careful dealing with this company.

I have order the Christmas tree on 3 Dec for my Christmas. however there are no shipping state update on 15 Dec. when I have called the customer service, they just kept saying will send the goods this weeks / next Monday but never come true. the customer service hotline with bad and impatience attitude. one time they just hung up my phone.

I recently went to relaxacare and it was such an amazing and relieving experience, the customer service is top tier and everyone there knows exactly what they are talking about. I bought Mc-2500 and my pain has completely vanished. Thank god for Alyssa and Jason you guys really know how to please customers

We have a Trumedic Chair MC2000 wish we can afford a better chair may be some day. The delivery team is awesome and chair gets delivered within 3 days after order. It's amazing!!!

Absolutely the worst decision of my online career. Paid, zero response on delivery and when I went to contest the purchase they offered free upgrade. Zero customer service and plenty of excuses. I would have given zero if possible, 60 days later still no resolution. Run away

I ordered an item from relaxacare and it wasn't quite what I was looking for. I followed the return procedure and was able to speak directly to a representative!! I was given a full refund without any issues. I am very pleased with the service I received from this company!

This is to respond to Tom Noto's negative 1 star review. This is an extremely unfair review. He contacted our company at least 3-4 times a day for 3 weeks straight putting undue pressure on us, we kept in constant communication as this customer needed, this is exceptional customer service. He even contacted us quite late after hours on our personal lines which is completely unreasonable but we still accommodated. We delivered his chair in perfect condition and the model he purchased is in fact a very expensive high-end model which has outstanding reviews from all of our clients. It's the Ogawa Masterdrive Massage Chair, it's a top-of-the-line chair. He doesn't like how the foot rollers feel so he wanted to return the chair. We offer free shipping across North America however our return policy clearly states that the customer has to pay the shipping to return the item with a 10% restocking fee (We were going to waive this 10% as he agreed to swap to a different chair) This is not unreasonable. No company would offer free 2-way shipping for this size of item solely if the customer isn't pleased with 1 feature. We are not a Costco, we are a small business that cannot cover this value in shipping cross border. This is an attack on our company and defaming our company online is not how you resolve issues. This customer was more than aware of our policy, we have it in writing. He is attempting to keep the chair and has opened a chargeback against us, this is fraudulent. We are more than willing to accept the return if the customer covers the return shipping, as per our policy. We never declined the return. We went above any beyond for this customer and we are quite surprised of this approach. He also tried obtaining our customs information to drop this at our doorstep. We have been more than accommodating to this customer, but everything has to be within reason.

I bought Massage chair From the owner of the store
He told me he will give me a good deal he asked me to order demo unit and he will send me new chair with same price and i have 30 days to re it with full refund and i ordered it
Then After I received the chair i shocked it's very cheap quality and defective It's only same picture for the chair I ordered but not same a description
I asked the Owner to return the chair he didn't answer me i sent to many msgs and emails and calls but no answer then I put my review on google he called me after seconds and he was talking loud and obscene and threatening me if I didn't remove my review he will not return the chair and i did i removed the review
After that he told me if i want to return it will cut 20% plus 300$ for shipping cost
And he threatened me if I put bad reviews again he will not return any money and he will said I didn't receive the chair

Please be careful from this store
