I PURCHASED A PANOSONIC MASSAGE CHAIR AND WHEN I PURCHASED IT THEY SAID IT WOULD BE DELIVERED FROM ALBERTA IN ABOUT A WEEK AND THEY WOULD GIVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER FROM THEIR SHIPPING DEPT. THEY ARE IN TORONTO. HE SAID THE WAS FROM ISRAEL AND HAD A VERY HONEST COMPANY. 3 WEEKS PASSED AND STILL NO TRACKING NUMBER OR NO CHAIR. I SAID IF YOU CAN'T GIVE A SHIPPING DATE I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT IT. I TOLD HIM I WOULD CALL AMERICAN EXPRESS AND REVERSE PAYMENT. HE REFUNDED LESS 10 % CANCELLATION CHARGE. I DID NOT CANCEL BUT HE CANCELLED. HE DEDUCTED ABOUT $1,000. IMAGINE HOW MUCH HE COLLECTS FROM SELLING MERCHANDISE HE DOES NOT HAVE. I WILL HAVE TO GET THE BALANCE BACK FROM AMERICAN EXPRESS. HE CONTINUES TO ADVERTISE ON FACEBOOK. CONTACT FACEBOOK TO STOP HIM FROM BUYING ADS ON FACEBOOK

We ordered our first Trumedic 4000 , foot massager from Relaxacare 2 months back. Unfortunately the packaging was missing a power cord . It was extremely disappointing as we could not use the product right away. We called Relaxacare and spoke to Jason, he was extremely apologetic and made sure that we got the power cord with 2 days . The best part was that he was in constant touch with us and as we got the cord he again apologized for the mishap . We feel extremely comfortable with the Relaxacare as a company and have recommended them to all our friends and they have also ordered this amazing product ( Trumedic 4000) foot massager . We wish Jason and his team all the best and will keep recommending them to our dearest friends

Bought a new MC-2500. It didn't quite fit me correctly. Jason agreed to deliver me a new MC-1500 (which fits me great) and pickup the MC-2500 (which saved me from having to pay to return it) and included a new Costway rowing machine to offset the cost difference between the two models of massage chairs.
His communication, professionalism and product knowledge was great too.

I got a brookstone chair from Relaxacare. Jason is so knowledgeable and it helps me save a lot of money getting a demo! Shipping is fast and I'm so happy sitting and falling asleep on it every day now from the comfort of my home!!! Thank you Relaxacare!

Such an unbelievable experience with these guys. The owner of this company, Jason I believe his name is. Was extremely attentative , knowledgeable and friendly with us. They have amazing products with unbelievably low prices. I absolutely love my massage chair. After a long day at work I sit in it for 20 minutes and feel brand new. They had their people deliver my chair and set it up in my basement. I still cant get over the pricing for all the service. Thank you again Jason or Tim Maybe? Not sure if I got the names right. However , the name I know for sure is Relaxacare. I'll be recommending your company to everyone I know that may want a massage chair.

VERY poor custumer service or service point. I ordered on the 30th of march, they charged me on the 31st, no email, no follow up. I wrote to them 3 weeks later; no response no follow up. Its now the 4th of may, I called; voicemail. I’m trying to chat with someone, someone is answering, ssssooooo sssssllllooowwwwllllllyyyyyy, its been an 1h30, and i still have no clue whats going on. Its been more than a month they charged me and still i haven’t received the produces… Dont buy there, not worth ur time n agravation…

Do not order from this company, they have very poor customer service and are not helpful at all, especially the customer service section of this organization. I ordered there on March 12, 2022, did not receive the merchandise, they are charging me 10% to cancel the order as they apparently incurred cost. They were not helpful at all. They keep advertising the item in question and it is not available, it is back order indefinetely.....

GUY ON THE PHONE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE FINE! I WAS LIED TO FOR A QUICK SALE...THE CHAIR CAME WITHOUT A MANUAL OR A WARRANTY CARD!!! WAS IT A BRAND NEW CHAIR??? I REALLY DON'T KNOW...IF YOU READ MY ENTIRE REVIEW THEN WHY DIDN'T YOU REPLY TO ALL THE RED FLAGS...YOU RECEIVED ONE STAR BECAUSE I COULDN'T GIVE YOU ANY LOWER. HORRIBLE AND ARGUMENTATIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. COSTCO TREATED ME MUCH BETTER AND THERE WAS A MANUAL AND A BETTER WARRANTY, NO RESTOKING FEES AND NO CANCELATION FEES...I CAN ALSO RETURN THE CHAIR IF I WANT MONTHS AFTER I GOT IT...FACTS!!! I ordered two MC 1500 Massage chairs when I noticed my mistake I contacted the company and they immediately refunded the first chair, that made me feel like I was dealing with a very reputable company. The chair is exactly what I ordered. I knew the price and the size and dimensions of the chair because it was mentioned in their literature. I ordered the MC 1500, with the weight of 227 pounds. You will need to have two if not three Personnel to move the chair. The chair came very well packaged, fit it through the front door and was easy to set up. I attach the legs attachment, plugged it in and started using immediately. I’m happy with the performance of the chair and look forward to many future uses.I do have to mention that I ordered the chair on 4 February and it was not delivered to the 25th but I was able to track the shipping on Shopify and knew that the delay was due to unforeseen circumstances of the company and a trucker strike. Remember know what you’re ordering and then you’ll be happy with your order. I am extremely happy Recommend this company if you want a bigger chair pay a bigger price. Thanks again and I hope this review will allow people to make an informed decision.

Had the pleasure of dealing directly with the owner of the company (Jason). Was extremely engaging and delivered exactly what I was looking for within my budget. I was concerned with how to set up and he had his delivery crew take care of everything for me on delivery. I would recommend Relaxacare to anyone who’s looking for a chair, there knowledge alone on there products blew me away!
